Λες και είναι διαφορετικός κόσμος. Excellent and prompt service. The girls at the reception know their job. The more unacceptable the biotype of pine, the more helpful is that of Kifissia. Για το τεστ κοβιντ δυστυχώς δεν ηταν διαθέσιμοι άμεσα αλλά λογικό απο την άλλη γιατι έχει πολλή ζήτηση. They came home for a blood draw. Flawless at work with professionalism and consistency. Unfortunately, they were not immediately available for the test compound, but on the other hand, because it is in great demand.

Ευχαριστω θερμά τις κυρίες στη Γραμματεία για την ευγένειά τους και την εξυπηρέτηση. Επίσης ευχαριστώ πολύ την ιατρο κυρία Ευαγγελοπούλου για ακόμη μια φορά , για την πλήρη ενημέρωση και την τόσο λεπτομερή εξέταση. KIFISSIA BIOTYPE. A standard Diagnostic Center. Everything works to perfection! Appointments are made without delay by excellent doctors. I warmly thank the ladies at the Secretariat for their kindness and service. I also thank the doctor Mrs. Evangelopoulou once again, for the complete information and such a detailed examination.

Καθυστερήσα 5' στο ραντεβού για τον υπέρηχο μαστών, περίμενα 10' στην ουρά και όταν έφτασε η σειρά μου μού είπαν πως έχω καθυστερήσει 15' και πως δε με δέχεται η γιατρός! Είχα κλείσει 20 μέρες πριν το ραντεβού. το παραπεμπτικό έληγε την ίδια μέρα και η απάντηση ήταν "Λυπάμαι η γιατρός δεν μπορεί να σας δεχτεί! Μπήκε άλλο ραντεβού!" Άρα το άλλο ραντεβού είχε μπει στη δική μου σειρά ενώ εγώ περίμενα στην αναμονή τους! Οπότε εγώ πρέπει να ξαναγράψω παραπεμπτικό και να περιμένω 1-1,5 μήνα ακόμα για να κάνω την εξέταση. Όταν όμως περίμενα 30' για να κάνω την μαστογραφία, εγώ δεν σηκώθηκα να διαμασρτυρηθώ μέσα στο μαγαζί τους! Συγνώμη αλλά εγώ το βρίσκω αντιεπαγγελματικό! Unacceptable behavior! I was 5 'late for the appointment for the breast ultrasound, I waited 10' in the queue and when it was my turn they told me that I was 15 'late and that the doctor did not accept me! I had booked 20 days before the appointment. the referral ended the same day and the answer was "I'm sorry the doctor can not accept you! Another appointment has been made!" So the other appointment was in my turn while I was waiting for them! So I have to rewrite the referral and wait another 1-1.5 months to do the test. But when I waited 30 minutes to do the mammogram, I did not get up to protest in their shop! Sorry but I find it unprofessional!
