Great pool and surroundings. Staff are welcoming along with friendly and pleasant. I have been visiting here for years and never have a bad word too say about the place. Food is reasonable price d and good quality. Excellent for a day by the pool in relaxing area

Clean, good music, great drinks and snacks. Great place for spending the day. Great salt water pool, clean with a lifeguard. Nice atmosphere friendly workers. Sunbeds are free when you buy a drink or food. We've ordered a variety of dishes over the summer, the burgers are delicious as are the club sandwiches. Today I had the fried kalamari - very tasty. Competitive prices.

Spent a few days here relaxing at the large pool for the day..sun loungers are free and water is free... Theres plenty of space for car parking, Theres access from the pool to the beach below...extensive food menu with cocktail menu,smoothies,beers etc. Tabel service also provided. The pool is very big with kiddies section and lifeguard.. Chillout and house music playing in the back ground.. Alex is the man that runs the area and he and his team really do a great job. I would recommend the blue river beach and pool bar for a relaxing time.excellent service..

I spent 5 days during August 2021. It is an ideal place for every family to relax. The rooms are clean and functional and their view is amazing . There are gardens and pools in the compound and the beach is just seconds away. However, the stongest asset of the business is its personnel. Young professionals, polite, respectful and helpful. I will visit the place again for sure.

Disappointed as my family has been visiting the blue River cafe and pool since it's opening and seen many different managers, staff and pool conditions. We have never stayed at the apartments but have always used the facilities and on average spent over €60+ per meal as there is normally a large group of us and this is not including the copious amounts of drinks etc that we purchase. The pool and seating is clean and well presented and a lifeguard who will appear around 11-12ish, no indication that he is the lifeguard (uniform etc) besides him raising a small flag at the start of his shift. But visitors beware if you have children who like to laugh, splash and play in their designated kids pool then don't bother as they will be reprimanded for doing so for causing any droplets of water leaving the pool or "wetting the furniture" which is waterproof and designed for being wet by pool goers?! The staff at first are very polite and offer assistance but after the initial niceties and presented with bottled tap water and cups of ice will eventually start circling you on a five minute walk by to A, see if you're wanting even more drinks, coffee, food and B, check up on what you and yours is doing making the stay very uncomfortable. There is a mini market on site but visitors please do not dare buy any food items or snacks for your children as you will be asked to leave even though there is no real clear signage to indicate this and even if you have spent a considerable amount of euros. Needless to say we will not be back here again as the atmosphere was strained and judgemental and considering we are a large family who have come here for many years along with our residential Greek family as a meeting place the treatment was poor if you repeat visit.
