★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super authentic Cretan hotel. Excellent food...staff superb...many rooms refurbished to a very high standard. Bedding and towelling changed often...cool cocktail bar and a new A la Carte menu to die for....never disappoints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ shocking customer service they don't care about your experience just about taking your money! Annette is very rude and I am surprised she still has a job there. The staff sit around smoking all day I didn't find them at all friendly they are grumpy infact, food is the same everyday. showers were cold. cleaner only changes your bin bag though when you first get there its spotlessly clesn. as for location you need a car! I have been to crete many times and even lived there and I have never found such bad customer service like there. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great hotel, 5 minutes from a splendid beach. The staff was kind, non invasive, friendly and helpful. They have a swimming pool, some cute small dogs and very nice rooms with balconies. Their wifi was excellent. A beautiful and simple hotel in a quiet and beautiful part of Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked family room for 5 of us. They confirmed: "quadruple family room will be ok 2 adults and 3 children. We will include a foldaway bed." But there were no space for 5th bed. Room is not "family" at all. It was small, without closet. View on backyard. Toilet stinks. It was very noisy, some kind of ventilation or machines ( not aircondition, it is plus on this nois) do all the time, day and night. It was not posible to sleep and rest. View from room you can see on pictures. Breakfast was bad. Nothing warm. A little better on the last day.
Do not book room 125.
Never again.
