★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ask them to deliver my car at my hotel at Heraklion (it is a service they offer) but I never saw the color of the car. I waited for almost one hour during which I called several time, and someone told me everytime I called that the car was on its way and that it will arrive in 10 minutes. After one hour I just left by taxi (I was late) and I had no news since then.

I think is the best rental company that I could found in Crete.
Besides is cheap, they wait for you in airport and the car is already prepared in front for you. Just put your bags inside, sign the papers and you're all set. On the return you only leave the car in the paid parking and leave the keys at the entrance. Everything is covered by the insurance. So if you don't want headaches, this is the right company

This was the first time that we were met immediately at arrivals without having to contact the company to find out where the rep was. The hand over was quick and efficient, pointing out the little details on the car. We started with half a tank of petrol (more than enough to get us to our destination) and had to return it with the same amount - much better than having to return it empty. The car was a 1.4 manual with air-con and was perfect for our plans. We returned the car right outside departures and, following a call to the rep, we were met within a few minutes. An excellent service, which we would most definitely use again.
