★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons loué un véhicule avec ce loueur par le biais du prestataire Bsp autos, nickel, vraiment rien a dire, le véhicule qui nous a été confié était en excellent état et de gamme bien supérieure à ce pour quoi nous avons payé. Notre interlocuteur sur place à Heraklion parlait très bien français ( et pour cause puisqu'il l'est...) nous a très bien expliqué les conditions de la prestation. Tout s'est bien passé, pas de surprises si vous prenez soin du véhicule qui vous est confié, je recommande ce loueur !!
 We hired a vehicle with this lessor through the service provider Bsp autos, nickel, really nothing to say, the vehicle entrusted to us was in excellent condition and of a much higher range than what we paid for. Our interlocutor on site in Heraklion spoke French very well (and for good reason since it is ...) explained the conditions of the service very well. Everything went well, no surprises if you take care of the vehicle entrusted to you, I recommend this rental company !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon returning the car they charged us hundreds of euros for the smallest scratch on the windscreen which, honestly, you could hardly see. Evident that their business plan is to make money through post rental claims. Not worth saving a couple of euros only to pay hundreds additionally at the end of your holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best rental car companies in Crete. The staff is very helpful and informative and the cars are of good quality. Would recommend paying for the insurance as you can enjoy your holidays stress free without worrying about any scratches you may cause to the car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By returning the car they charged us a scratch that we had pointed before taking the car but they didn't wrote it down!!
Also they took a soft brush with a black powder to show us all the scratches that were not seen when we took the car! In all the times I rented a car in Crete I never had this criminal behavior! they took us €500
