A	Alexandros Psachos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλυντήριο 8 χρόνων με πρόβλημα οξείδωσης σκελετού από τον 6 χρόνο, σε σπίτι μέσα ( όχι σε υπόγειο με υγρασία) και η εταιρεία αντί να αποδεχτεί το Ελαττωματικό προϊόν και να αναλάβει την απόκατάσταση της ζημιάς, ζήτησε να έρθει τεχνικός που θα επιβεβαιώσει την ζημιά με δική μας χρέωση και μετά από πολύ γκρίνια έστειλαν τεχνικό χωρις χρέωση για να μας πουν ότι είναι εκτός εγγύησης, αλλά το προϊόν όντως χωρίς να έχει πρόβλημα διαρροής σάπισε ο σκελετός του. Με λίγα λόγια Bosch σημαίνει ότι αγοράζεις συσκευή για 6-7 χρόνια. Μετά σαπίζει και η εταιρεία δεν αναλαμβάνει καμία ευθύνη για την ζημιά του προϊόντος. 8-year-old washing machine with skeletal oxidation problem from 6 years, in a house inside (not in a basement with humidity) and the company instead of accepting the Defective product and undertaking the restoration of the damage, asked a technician to come and confirm the damage with his own charge and after a lot of whining they sent a technician without charge to tell us that it is out of warranty, but the product did not really have a leakage problem his skeleton rotted. In short, Bosch means you buy a device for 6-7 years. Then it rots and the company takes no responsibility for the damage to the product.

Μίλησα με έναν αγενέστατο τεχνικό που όχι απλά δεν με εξυπηρέτησε με πρόσβαλε στο τηλέφωνο που απλά ρώτησα αν βάζω τις γέφυρες καλωδιωσης όπως στην εικόνα.... Χειρότερο κέντρο μη εξυπηρέτησης δεν έχω συναντήσει τόσα χρόνια.... Ντροπή!!! I got a new electric stove. Το πλυντήριο έπαθε κάτι, και χρειάστηκε να ζητήσω βοήθεια... Από τον Ιούνιο 2019 που ανέφερα τη βλάβη μέχρι σήμερα (14 Αυγούστου) το πλυντήριο δεν πλένει καλά, και ασφαλώς δεν το χρησιμοποιούμε... Οσες φορές παίρνω τηλέφωνο, το σηκώνει μία γυναικα και το μόνο που λέει είναι "Εγώ είμαι τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι άλλο" Στο δια τάυτα ΕΓΩ ΔΕΝ ΚΑΝΩ ΤΗ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ ΜΟΥ, ΠΑΡΟΛΟ ΠΟΥ ΠΛΗΡΩΣΑ ΣΑΝ ΚΟΡΟΪΔΟ ΕΠΕΚΤΑΣΗ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗΣ! ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ! ΑΙΣΧΟΣ I had purchased a warranty extension for an additional 3 years for a dishwasher and paid what they asked for! The washing machine did something wrong, and I had to ask for help ... Since June 2019 when I mentioned the damage to date (August 14) the washing machine is not washing well, and we certainly do not use it ... Every time I get a phone call, a woman picks it up and all she says is "I'm a call center, I can't do anything else" In the meantime I DON'T DO MY BUSINESS, BUT I PAY AS A CREDIT EXTENSION GUARANTEE! CROOKS! disgrace

S	Sophie V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 5 stars is not for the products but for the professionalism of the company in standing behind their products. Issues are resolved fast, with top priority to customer satisfaction. My stick vacuum presented a problem with in the warranty period, Mr. Lemoganis from the management department in Greece, corrected the issue immediately. For that reason I have purchase 2 more Bosh appliances. As it stands, I do recommend Bosh Greece and hope they maintain their customer satisfaction excellence.
