Rented a car here with several scratches and they charged me 350€ for a 5 cm scratch I didn't do, at the bottom of the car where you have to lean down to see it.
The staff check the car very quickly and approximately at pick up and make a full inspection at the check in.
Plus staff guets very aggressive when you complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid!! I wish I’d read the other reviews before using Europcar as they scammed us too. Gave us a car which was covered in marks & scratches, we took pictures & thought we’d marked them all down but when we returned the car they charged us €300 for a scratch hidden under the bumper which I’m convinced wasn’t us as we were really careful with the car! Unlike the assistant who whacked the car door on another car when opening it! Absolute scam! Rude service. Not COVID aware. They took forever printing the docs & try to pressure you to take out their extortionate insurance. DO NOT USE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they made me pay for old damages on the car. They ignore your vieuw and Foto proof and still charge you to pay. We have all the proof and picture. Please don't rent your car here. Europcar just wants to earn extra money. They are Not trustworthy!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to the airport (immediately outside the gate) and a decent car (Fiat Panda). We made the mistake of registering the return time an hour too late and then there is nobody there to collect the car. However, there still was nobody there at the time we agreed upon. After a phonecall, we could leave the keys in the car and just board the plane. Doesn't feel right, but it will probably be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car and service was excellent, plenty of staff and very quick. The two new trainee staff were very good and helpful. There was no hard sell for additions as I had my own damage excess insurance. it was mentioned that the excess was not covered unless I took out insurance which was ok. Europcar were excellent and I would use them again 10/10
