C	Chris Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely nothing wrong with this stay. Clean, tidy, quiet, everything working. Be aware the underground car park is tight and suits small cars.
v	valentina bonetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located, 5 min feom all main attractions and restaurants in Heraklion. The flat was a bit small but clean and the furniture seemed quite new. We were in the ground floor flat, which is not very bright, but probably to be expected. The staff is very friendly, after the check out they let us store the luggages and allowed us to keep the car parked in the garage next door- which was great for us as we could explore the coty a bit more. Overall good value for money
P	Palak Bajaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room layout was a little weird (the shower was in the room and not the bathroom) but the room was very very cute, the bed was soft and large, and the security seemed high tech. There were doors that locked automatically and had electronic keys. The temperature was also adjustable and although it was small it was perfect for what we were looking for.

L	Laure Jaffuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really charming small hotel in the very center with elegant room decorated with taste. We have been especially nicely welcomed by the owner who are lovely and took special care of us. Extra is the parking offered by the hotel! We will come back for sure!
S	Shuting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good, close to Harbour and city center. The room is stylish, but not clean enough. The drainage in the shower does not work properly. Water accumulates during shower, which is bit disgusting. The toilet stinks all the time even with the ventilator on. The door and wall is very bad isolated. I could hear any sound from neighbors. The neighbors have very noisy children, who ran and screamed loud in the corridor at night as well as early in the morning. It sounded like I did not have a door.

E	EMMANUEL KOUVOUSIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a terribly low soundproof protection among the rooms. Especially in the lower level rooms you can hear the steps of those are living upstairs resulting to extremely bad quality of sleep and comfort. Unacceptable situation. Not recommended.
