★ ★ ★ ★ ★ optically totally okay. Equipment was too little. No clothes horse. Fridge was too small. That bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great. Shower big enough. The room was clean. View was great. Unfortunately, it is quite noisy here because it is on a busy street. What was pretty bad was that the air conditioning couldn't be turned off. There were also no additional pillows in the closet and no additional blankets. We had about 7 accommodations in 2 weeks on Crete. Each accommodation had extra blankets and pillows. The balcony was long and narrow and it was quite windy. Since we had to arrive early and couldn't hear breakfast, the hotel staff had a well-filled breakfast bag with spread, bread, jam, vegetables and fruit ready for our departure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night in a 2-person room. Absolutely amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and included breakfast is rich (and definitely tasty!). Will be coming back if we ever come to Heraklion again. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean yet I’m glad the bed linens did not have that strong scented synthetic fragrance problem. No smell at all in the hotel or the room. Beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable compared to other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic views of Sunrise (over the fortress and harbour) and Sunset (over the mountains) from the balcony (it was very windy!)
Great location across the road from the ocean side walking path, minutes from town and about 15 minutes walk from the port and bus station to Chania.
Really friendly and helpful staff, they even printed our ferry tickets for free.
Free water refills.
Nice comfy soft mattress on a big (queen size maybe?) bed, especially good because everywhere else we've stayed the mattress has been rock solid.
Breakfast was basic but quite big, it starts at 6.30 so you can make the most of the day.
Elevator if you're on higher floors.

booked for cityview but the gentleman at the reception gave us lovely seaview room for my birthday trip.
small room but modern, lovely, spotless clean and pleasant stay.
Breakfast was fresh and yummy. Especially bread was single packed and it was so fresh and soft.
Really appreciate ? the gentleman at the reception that he gave us many informations which we wouldn't know as a tourist. and looked after our dinner on the day of arrival as it was ester in Greece and many restaurants were closed.
