We forgot an item in the car and they shipped it for us immediately, very accommodating people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a scam. We have rented a car from booking.com and our flight arrived on time but they told us they don’t have any cars in stock despite our reservation is prepaid. They told us sorry and they will cancel and send the refund so we went ahead and rented a car from neighboring place. 3 days later we call booking.com to follow up on the refund and they contacted the company and said that we didn’t arrive in time and no cancelation was requested.
This company is a big scam and you guys be careful before falling in th trap.
