★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional - very low quality of service. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay 180 euros for insurrance which was not mentioned ANYWHERE while booking online. Alternative was 1300 euros deposite (crazy option). Online it was clear about payment : price + 200e. deposite. However, they have changed the story once we've arrived. Also, they gave us a car which we didn't choose online.
Don't book CARWIZZ! They will find a way to make additional money other than what you have booked.

Although we clarified everything and payed already, the unfriendly guy at their „service“ told us our credit card was not accepted. Anyways we had to pay the car for all of the 10 days we booked, but we had to leave- without a car!
360€ for nothing. Never ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little off the beaten track but they were very helpful and friendly. The fiat doblo we had was clean and in good working order. We took a family of 6 around crete with no problem. The luggage situation was tight but we managed to get it all in with three child car boosters to our destination. Good experience, would recommend! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shuttle service in front of the airport to their location. Cheap, friendly staff, proper car, no problems or hassle when returning the car. Many options for additional insurance, as with many rental services, up to the customer to decide how much risk you're willing to take or pay for. Shuttle service also brought us back to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car in April for 2 weeks in Crete at Heraklion airport. The shuttle from airport was quick, the people friendly to deal with, no extra charges added and no hidden insurance costs. I can imagine that during peak season the wait for shuttle would be longer but it's actually so close to the airport you can even walk with roller luggage in less than 10 minutes. We had a great experience with this company & would use them again!
