★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE AVOID! they are not happy if you are not purchasing the insurance which costed in my case 50% of the car rental. Did not buy the insurance, now they charged me Euro 290 for a scrach under the car which can never have happen driving not off road and only parking on the flat Hotel parking.
And who is checking an already damaged locking car underneath? I am a very frequent traveller, this never happen to me before! I will ensure through Swiss that Century will be removed from their booking website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a small car, they insisted on bigger car and absolutely wanted us to take insurance. The price was more than double the rent. No insurance taken because we only needed the car to travel to our final destination. Got a car with a lot of damage. We made comments about this but they said all damage was indicated on the form. When we returned our car after a few days without extra damage, they immediately (after less than 10 seconds) found a "new" damage on the BOTTOM of the car. Barely visible. We had to pay 290 euros for this!!! We are very disappointed. A wonderful holiday ended with scams. Unfortunately we had not read the reviews beforehand. Apparently this happens quite often there. Please never rent there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the full insurance package and the price was still very good in my opinion. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the car was good. Located at a small distance from the airport, but they provide a good shuttle service. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience with this company. I went there by foot, but they offer a shuttle service from and to the airport.
I rented a Fiat Panda for seven days for the best price on the island. I decided to pay for a full ensurance coverage because the price was so competitive. The vehicle was new and impeccable. They accepted my debit card, which would have been impossible with most other rentals, and, as I had to go back home two days before what I had programmed, they even refunded me the price for those two days! If I go back to Crete, I wouldn't have a doubt where to rent my car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't often say this, but "this car rental company is great!" Truly...the staff were all helpful and kind, the car was trustworthy, and the financial details were clarified well. Next time I'll book directly through Centauro to avoid the security deposit, and I'll have my international driver's license before I arrive on Crete. Luckily I was able to get one online in about an hour, and then was able to happily drive away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. They were waiting at the airport exit with the Centauro sign to take us to the van. I was able to upgrade the car which we were very happy with, Fiat Tipo. The return went extremely well and easy. Totally recommended and if you are from Spain even better, their calling center has a spanish direct line.
