Никакой информации о трансферте не было не то что за 24 часа до выезда, ее не было даже утром в день выезда ни на стендах, ни на ресепшене. В итоге в 12 часов меня чуть ли не силой выгоняют из отеля, хотя агент должен был обо всем позаботиться, ведь можно было просить о позднем checking out(за 24 часа до выезда). И если агент не предоставляет информации клиенту, то он должен был предупредить отель о позднем выезде! На все мои просьбы что-то сделать в ответ я слышала только смех и что-то типа «это ваши проблемы». В итоге весь отдых был испорчен. Terrible tour operator! Забронировали и оплатили тур 17 июня, спустя несколько дней пришло письмо об аннуляции нашей поездки в связи с невозможностью выполнить авиаперелет. По рекомендации менеджера оформили возврат средств, хотя рассматривали замену тура. Но менеджер убедила, что будет проще и быстрее сначала вернуть деньги, а затем, исходя из текущей ситуации, выбирать новый тур. Возврат, по словам менеджера произведут в течение 5 дней. 22 июня отправила документы на возврат. Итог: 9 июля, денег нам не вернули. Отпуск стремительно заканчивается, возможности его перенести нет. Na lotnisku niema informacji gdzie mamy isc, trzeba wyjść z budynku żeby znaleźć budkę biura podróży, wsadzili nas do busa i musieliśmy dalej radzić sobie sami. Bus wypuścił nas na przystanku autobusowym i po wyjściu musieliśmy sobie radzić sami, sami się zameldować po angielsku, sami powiedzieć że nie działają nam niektóre rzeczy w pokoju. Przez 2 dni prosiliśmy rezydenta o kontakt w sprawie wycieczek fakultatywnych. Jak w końcu się spotkaliśmy z Panią Ania i zwróciliśmy uwagę że nie powinno być tak że musimy się sami meldować zwłaszcza że nie każdy posługuje się biegle językiem angielskim powiedziała że jak dorośniemy to zobaczymy jak to jest... Chamstwo, olewcze podejście na zasadzie że powinniśmy sie cieszyć że wgle jesteśmy na wakacjach. Zapłaciliśmy nie małe pieniądze za pobyt a Pani na zwrócenie uwagi że organizacja jest slaba powiedziała ,,wszędzie tak jest". Więc Pani Aniu, czas pójść z postępem, w dzisiejszych czasach obsługa powinna być na najwyższym poziomie bez wzgledu na wiek osób które przecież za darmo tu nie przyjeżdżają tylko PLACA za to żeby przynajmniej nie musieć szukać do którego autobusu mają wejść znajdując się w obcym kraju. BUT: Prices are much higher than other local agencies offer (140 euro for the 1-day trop from Crete to Santorini, while other agencies offer the EXACT same excursion for 105 euros). This is the only trip they have in English, and when the bus arrived to take us from the hotel, the guide didn't even know that we had paid for an excursion in english, so she had to find us another guide in English form another tour company, when we arrived at Santorini - and the other company's bus was old, with a bad microphone system, so we couldn't hear and understand properly what the guide was saying, although we had paid so much money! On top of that, the representative of Mouzenidis (Victoria) lied to us, saying that trips to the island Chrissi were no longer being offered by any of the tour agencies, as the season was off and the cafe on the island was closed - the season was over indeed (mid-september), but all the other agencies were still making tours to Chrissi, reminding people to bring food and umbrellas. So to summarize - lies and bad communication between the employees of the company make no good impression and leave no good memories!
