A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff from check in and check out. Plenty of options of cars available, both Manual and Automatic. Free shuttle bus service available from the airport for pick up and drop off to their office which was 2 mins drive.
I	Ioanna Zanou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the car through a booking site for car rental online and checked for full insurance. When we landed at Santorini, the free shuttle bus came to pick us up and take us at the office to pick up the car. At this point were informed that the insurance we had wans't full, so we were forced to pay extra their full insurance. When we had to return our car, we informed the staff that we had an early flight in the morning (07:40 am), (they open at 07:00 am), so we had to be at the airport by 06:30 am. We called the day before for early drop off, we accepted to pay the extra charge (40€) and we arranged the appoiment with the desk agent for 6:00 am, saying that they would drive us to the airport with the shuttle bus. During our conversation we said to the desk agent not to be late so we can catch our plane on time, otherwise the worst scenario was to leave the car in their front door. She laughed ironically!!! Well, in the morning, NOBODY was at the office, we waited until 06:20 am, so we literally had to dump the car with the keys inside because we were running late for the airplane. We had to walk 2km by foot with all the luggages. Not the first time we rent a car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

J	Jerôme Verwater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam! Had to pay €250 extra for pick up. Couldn’t cancel as I prepaid part of the booking. Then upon return they charged me €75 to fill tank of gas. When I go back home, two weeks later I get a €1560 claim for damages!? Nothing happened to the car??? NEVER BOOK HERE!

We were told our pick up from the airport was there but if you’ve been to santorini airport you’ll realise that it’s tiny outside and a big yellow van is not hard to find which never turned up. So we had to carry our suitcases up the hill for about 800m to get to the shop where we were told the van was waiting which was utter rubbish as we had just walked the only route to the shop from the airport. The car was fine and clean but they pestered you to buy all these added extras. We wanted to drop the car off at midnight on the drop off and they refuse to wait which went we would of had to drop the car off and walk another 800m back to the airport. Overall experience bang average. Car was okay but staff weren’t very helpful. Will avoid for sure!!

We paid for a small car but they go out of stock, and they gave us a better one for the same price, It was perfect. The waiting time for the transfer was very low, just 3 minutes. I've we have the chance we will repeat for sure!
R	Roy W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cars look brand new and have low mileage. The paperwork took a lot of time. Also because of issues with customers in front of us. They offer a lot of nee cars that are the same as advertised. Employees are ok but sometimes it's hard to understand them because of their English. There helpdesk wasn't very helpful and let us wait more than 3 hours. They didn't listen to the problem and told me after putting me on hold to call road assistance. Road assistance noted the wrong location and phone number. After a lot of calls they managed to get to me and the guy called Centauro for me in Greek. After some time everything was solved. So unless you don't have issues with your car and don't need help from them renting a car from Centauro Santorini is fine.
