V	Vinicius Alves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw all the bad reviews here, but since I was traveling on a budget, I still decided to rent a car in this place because they were charging half of the price when compared to other agencies. The lady in the front desk was very helpful. The car was brand new, with only 690 km. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that they charge you a high security deposit when you get the car. When I returned it, nobody signed me any document saying the car was OK. The lady said she was going to send me a confirmation by e-mail, but since there was a review saying they have been overcharged, I went back to the front desk and asked them to sign the confirmation that I returned the car in good condition. I just wanted to be sure. They have not overcharged me and other then that I had a good time with the rented car.

When we arrived in Santorini, we were told the model of car we'd reserved online was unavailable and our only option was another car, a lesser model, at a much higher rate (nearly double the rate for that car on the website we discovered later). We were exhausted, the agent told us this was our only option, so we signed the contract. But while we were waiting for our luggage, we watched the agents pull the exact same scam on the next three customers! If you must rent from them, beware their sleazy tricks.

A	A A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few car rental companies in Santorini that offer a Zero (0) Excess cover option. Although Sixt were more expensive, I ended up going with them for this extra peace of mind. Car (VW Up!) was near brand new, very clean, staff at airport branch were very friendly and checkout/in processes were very quick. Would definitely recommend!
L	Landon Buckley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent here! Upon returning my car they charged me a ridiculous fee for scratches that were already documented to be on the car. There was nobody at the check-out counter once returning the car do to a walkthrough inspection so they waited till after I returned to the states to charge my credit card.

R	Rush Logistics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID!!! Do not be tricked with the false sense of security that this is a known company Sixt so everything should be ok. Booked in advance and paid extra to specifically opt for their VW POLO or Peugeot 206 equivilant. Upon arrival the staff member gave me keys to the lower tier base level Opel Corsa that was far cheaper then what I had booked and paid for (See photo) I explained that this was the base level not what I had booked directly off the Sixt website. The attendant didn’t care and tried to convince me the Corsa was a better car. Said that they did not have anything else. Just arrived and didn’t want to spoil the start of the holiday by engaging in any more of argument. I took the keys and found the Opel Corsa in the parking lot. The car was absolutely nakered . Leather coming off the steering wheel (see photo) . Damage all round every panel of the car. Tyre low pressure warning light on. Absolute shoddy service and shoddy fleet. Met a friendly couple on holiday that used a local private rental company and their car was in mint condition (funny enough it was a brand new VW Polo) WARNING DO NOT USE SIXT IN SANTORINI! Also avoid taking any additional insurances. They tried to scare me by circling the excess figure of £13000 euros several times on the paperwork. What they don’t tell you is that their cars are already badly damaged to the point that any further damage would probably not even be noticed.

From the first moment untill we returned the car they were so kind and helpful, super honest and transparent! Absolutely fantastic, thats the right place to rent a car in Santorini!
