It is an international center of Harvard that links the humanistic activities of the headquarters in Washington, with the homeland of Hellenism. Its main mission is to support and promote Hellenic civilization, and collect scholarships for the study of these subjects, while serving as a base of operations for scholarships, students and researchers from Harvard, and other academic institutions from the United States, Greece, and other countries. It also offers a regular program of events and activities to promote this knowledge. It occupies a nice house in the center facing the port and the Filellinon Square.
