The guys are all very professional and friendly! The days that we spend with them were the best moments that we had in Crete and the best dives that we have ever done! They are a great team. Thank you all for that amazing experience. We will be back soon !!

First let me say we gave this 'company' every opportunity to address our complaints but they first ignored us, and then threatened us once we starting posting reviews. Clearly customer satisfaction is not required as there are plenty more tourists in the sea, so to speak. Let me assure you the pictures you see on here, Facebook, Viator etc are not accurate. Because of this deception it's fair to assume that some positive reviews will be fabricated too. The large white boat with cover seen in all their advertising is not used - only small, exposed rubber dinghies. Likewise the wildlife you see pictured is not present, nobody in our group witnessed a single living creature while at sea. Our biggest problem with this 'experience' was the boat. This was the second day of our holiday and we were white as sheep. Without any form of cover we were completely exposed to the blistering sun for hours, and as such received sunstroke and second degree burns. We couldn't even wrap ourselves in a towel as we were told to lock them in their storage box before departing. Because of this, the rest of our holiday was completely ruined. We had to cancel all the other plans we had and stay in our hotel until such time we could fly home to see a doctor. As if that wasn't bad enough, even the 'experience' itself was complete rubbish. They simply took us out in their toy boat, strapped some flippers to us and dumped us overboard. The 'instructor' (who didn't speak English) did nothing but swim away from us saying 'come, come'. After a while of following him we released we were so far away from the dinghy we couldn't even see it any more, which caused real panic as we were not very strong swimmers and knew it would take all our energy just to get back. We even told him we were in trouble but he just shrugged and swam away. If this isn't enough to put you off, the available 'snacks' they mention on their advertising are literally breadsticks and water. Essentially their advertising is false which is illegal. Based on our time with Chania Diving Center they are dishonest and dangerous, and we cannot advise strongly enough that you avoid.

We had a fantastic time doing the Begginer's dive. Even though we went in October, we had a sunny day and the two instructors - George and Ioana - were a joy to be around. They explained the itinerary to us, and then kept to it, always reminding us at what part leg of our journey we were at. Before we went into the water, Ioana made the safety and instruction part extremely fun but also insured we understood what exactly we needed to do in case of an emergency. As a result, we all felt prepared and even the person among us with a fear of water, got over it pretty quick and could enjoy the dive. Bellow the surface, they guided us on a nice path where we could see a variety of sea life, from sea urchins to different types of fish: from solitary ones to big schools and even some camouflaged fishes. Finally, we also received 40 photos from our dive! Even more so, despite first sending us a wrong file, the person responsible was great in answering at a very late hour and correcting the mistake! We will deffently come back to do the dive again!

My husband and I booked a Snorkeling and Boat Trip through Chania Diving Center which took place last week. I can honestly say it was the worst holiday experience of my life. Nothing from our trip resembled the advertising. The boat was just a tiny rubber dinghy with no shelter, and the experience took place in a cove with no natural wildlife. As there was no shade from the sun, we both came down with sunstroke and received serious burns to the back, shoulders and arms. My husband emailed a couple of days later with a perfectly polite complaint. At first we were ignored but then began to receive insulting and threatening emails, warning us not to share our experience with anyone else. Note to the owner: We will not be intimidated by you or any of your staff. We will continue to leave truthful and unbias feedback of your company wherever we see fit. Instead of blaming customers, I suggest you use this situation to learn and improve the way you do business.

Great guides and facilities for rebreather diving. Also share knowledge and opinions freely. You can do one 2-3 hour per day. Transportation with cars to marina. Easy to clean you own stuff. Happy and helpfull staff. Elephant? cave is must see for all divers - place is out of this ?.

I did "try scuba" 10 days ago. The SSI certificate and photos were included in the cost, but I've never gotten them. I gave them several phone calls, sent emails and messages before giving up. At first, they promised to send me everything the same day, now they just ignore my messages without explaining anything. The diving itself was ok, at least for the first time I guess. I don't recommend it.

My husband and I were in Crete this October, and we had six dives with Chania Diving Center, three different days. The first day we did 2 refresh dives and then we did 4 amazing dives in caverns and tunnels. It was our first in caves and it was so nice!! The guys made as feel safe from our first moment and that was very important as we hadn't dive for years. Everything is fully organized, they offered free transfer from our hotel and they did everything for us so we had time to enjoy the place and the dives. The dives we had with Niko and all the team of Chania Diving Center were definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We highly recommend the guys, they are the best! I had 4 good dives with them. My friend did the scuba course. I did the elephant cave and it was the best cave dive in my life. The communication was perfect, the dives wonderful, the equipment new, the instructor extremely competent. Would always do it again! Thank you.
