K	Karen Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with friendly staff. Good water park at the hotel & excellent water play area for young children. All inclusive. Everything very clean & tidy. 5 minute walk down to the beach. At the front of the hotel is the main road where you can catch a bus into Chania. Takes about 45 minutes depending on the traffic & buses run every 15 minutes for about 3 euro each way. Hotel is very quiet & runs back from the road so no traffic noise. You can eat at the taverna 1 night per week which is booked at reception. Nice range of cocktails served from 6pm to midnight. No complaints at all. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance & a hotel shop selling cigarettes etc. Hotel also make ice cream available all day. A mix of UK, polish & Danish guests & only TUI use this hotel. Take your own pool towels although if you forget you can rent one from the hotel. A great holiday & good range of food & packed lunches can be ordered from reception if you are going out for the day except this is not available on the day you leave. About a 45 minute journey from the airport by TUI coach transfer.

Wasnt ideal being In the older part of the hotel with pushchairs as there was no lifts so had to carry buggies up to our rooms every time. Food was okay, staff are great, pools/slides are great. We got the bus to the town for a couple days to get out the hotel as there is nothing nearby. Overall decent holiday for the price. Dont worry about all the other negative reviews, it's nowhere near as bad as they make out.

On the arrival they tried to give us a room We didnt reserve and We informed them that if they dont give us the right room We are going to leave.. After one hour they gave us the right room.. I informed the reception that We lost one backpack and propably it is in the first room We went... The other Day i went to the reception again to ask about the backpack she said oh yes i forgot i Will ask again... I go in the evening to the reception while we were at the pool to ask again about the bag and she said that they found it and took it the room while We werent there... We go back to the room to find out that all our money were missing from my wallet which was in my bag on the chair... I go to the reception and their only respond was to say that We should use the safe... I call the Police which kindly told us that they cannot do anything... For me this hotel is the worst you can go to because if you dont feel safe in your room then what....
i	iChri22 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently back from Crete ,Family of 5 including an infant ,We stayed there for a nearly week , first, I would like to say is hard to find the hotel , especially when you driving a hired the car.not enough signs on the road. but once you get there,you will love it . The hotel itself looks very stylishly , as well pool area . Rooms are basic but cleaned daily Food was nice, plenty of choice for everyone Professional entertainment staff during the day especially for kids . One of the receptionists, she wasn't very nice ,apart that I had a great time with my whole family , And we will be back again . Thanks :)

In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it. Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades ?
S	Szymon Piltz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality for the price, but not all is perfect. Location is a bit remote, but buses and rental cars makes things easier. Good food quality (all inclusive typical but always hot and served nicely) long drinks are average. Rooms are ok but basic, cleaning ok but might be better. Main pool water ok but not great. Water park is great though, as well as the small pool in the older part. Overall I would give 3 stars, but friendly staff, always ready to help makes the stay better. Good choice considering it wasn't that expensive.
f	freja korgaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience. I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!
