I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. Food here is so good too. I highly recommend this place. ? #AllIWantIsGreece

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday with our friends Jane and Richard at the Cavo Spada Hotel. The hotel facilities were superb, and all the staff from the excellent charismatic general manager to the chamber maids were all courteous, friendly and helpful offering great service. We had a junior suite with direct pool access providing excellent views of the surrounding mountains, sea and beach. My wife enjoyed the wonderful spa services which she found most beneficial. We ate most nights at the Italian a la carte restaurant which was of a very standard and highly recommended. My only criticism is that l wish the beach a la carte restaurant the Sea Lion was open every night. We all enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and all the hotel’s marvellous amenities so much that we plan to return in May and September 2022 Roger and Christine Macclesfield Cheshire

Positives: Everything was amazing except for the Apollo tours booked by a lady called Emma at the hotel. Location is better for all inclusive than not as there aren't any restaurants nearby as such and main chania town is around 40mins away by taxi which is around 35euros. Negatives: Only thing was the Apollo tours advertised in the lobby. Don't do them and don't book through Emma at all. She will rip you off. Simply book through the check-in desk directly with the hotel instead and get half the price and much better quality. What an amazing hotel! The best all inclusive family holiday I've experienced and the best hotel and facilities at a hotel I visited for a very long time. The food was incredible and they catered for vegetarians and gluten free extremely well. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helped with every little thing. I couldn't ask for more from this hotel. We had such a fun time and use the tennis courts, the table tennis and even though due to COVID the spa and inside pool was closed. the proximity to the beach meant that going for a lovely swim or in the large swimming pool was so convenient. the pool bar was also amazing and a snacks in between meal times was really helpful. the only downside and negative point I can think of for this hotel was the Apollo tours that the hotel had advertised in the lobby. these were booked and run by a lady called Emma which we had a very bad experience with at no fault of the hotel itself. I would recommend not booking with Emma at all, and instead the hotel behind the main desk has a booklet of tours that they organise themselves and these are both cheaper and much better than Apollo. Apollo. the tour with Apollo the Emma organised was the worst tour we have ever been on and a complete rip off which was really sad as every aspect of the hotel was great. the Apollo tours were so bad because the tour guide provided no information on the tour itself and due to rain they cut a full day tour down to only half a day with no contingency plans and no part refund and they also did not provide anything to our elderly parents who basically sat on a bus for 6 hours with nothing to do and no refund. absolutely terrible. Emma did nothing to help and was simply after her commission so could not recommend her or the Apollo tours. simply book through the hotel instead as they have the same tours but much better quality and half the price.

The hotel is very nice, especially its staff and service is incredible! Also if you are not satisfied with the hotel/rooms itself, the hotel staff will make you laugh and smile every single day! The barkeepers Mr. Panos, Mr. Stefan and Ms. Anastasia are the best I have met/seen so far! They are a really good team and will make your stay unforgettable!!!

This is without a doubt the best all inclusive resort I have been to in a long while. The rooms, facilities, food, beverages, and most of all staff helpfulness is way beyond 5-star quality. The front of house staff have supported us in our stay and solved any problem (of my own making I might add), with a smile. The pool/beach area is stunning, and the food/beverage facilities are plentiful and you’re never left waiting. An outstanding stay, and highly recommended.

This hotel has an awesome location by the sea and, by spring, a nice view on the snowy mountains. The beach is fairly standard. The service and bar are sub-standard. The bar did not have credit card payment and required cash. The team was kind but not helpful. Their english was poor. The cocktails are below standard, however fairly expensive. The food is typical international random quality. The rooms were un-impressive. The all-inclusive offer is not all-inclusive at all : sport facilities, alcohol, soft drinks (!) need further payment. The rooms are very un-generous. Basically, this would be marvelous 3 stars hotel, a forgettable 4 stars hotel, and a very mediocre 5 stars hotel -- go for it if you get a proper discount. Otherwise, I'd recommend to skip it without the shadow of a doubt.

Pros: Main restaurant staff is very pleasant; food was acceptable. We found fantastic food outside the hotel; Panos and Simon at the bar were very personable. I witnessed them learning more about the guests. They made everyone feel like they are family. 5 stars to Panos. The team at the Spa were also great! The gym facilities both inside and out are nice. Cons: there is not much to do there in the late afternoon/evening. They close the pool, spa and pool bar at 6pm. We learned more about the resort as we walked around. I wish there was some information about all activities and services given to us at check-in.

If I could add ten stars believe me I would! We arrived at 2am in the evening and upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine and some food in our room as a welcome. We stayed at this hotel for 5nights, our room had its own private/shared pool and it was so beautiful. The staff were friendly and exceptional, especially one of the managers who was Canadian she was a bowl of sunshine☀️ We would definitely stay again!
