Υπό το πρίσμα της εν ενέργεια πανδημίας, τηρούνται απαρεγκλιτα τα προβλεπόμενα μέσα προστασίας, αλλά και η γενικότερη τάξις, εντός και πέριξ του Ναού, υπό το άγρυπνο βλέμμα του π.Ιερωνύμου (αν δεν κάνω λάθος). Στον περιβάλλοντα του Ναού (προαύλιο) χώρο, εκτός από μία μικρή "Παιδική Χαρά", υπάρχουν μικρότερα ή μεγαλύτερα παρεκκλήσια, όπως των Αγ.Αναργύρων (μπροστά), του Αγ.Στυλιανού (στο πλάϊ), του Αγ.Γεωργίου (πίσω) και αριστ. της εισόδου στον κυρίως Ναό, υπάρχει, κάτι σπάνιο όταν πρώτο-καθιερώθηκε, και ίσως ο πρώτος ναός παγκοσμίως, αφιερωμένος στον.. Ευγνώμονα Ληστή (τον συσταυρωθέντα με τον Ιησού Χριστό, δεξιό ληστή, στον οποίον είπε το πετιφημο:"αλήθεια σου λέω, σήμερα μαζί μου θα είσαι στον Παράδεισο, καθιστώντας τον - από πρώτο χέρι - ως πρώτον, χρονικά, Άγιο της Εκκλησίας μας!!!..) Worship place for Orthodox Christians. As a Parish, quite active, with a multifaceted social and catechistic (and not only) youth work. In the light of the current pandemic, the prescribed means of protection are strictly observed, but also the general class, inside and around the Temple, under the watchful eye of Fr. Jerome (if I am not mistaken). In the surroundings of the Temple (courtyard), apart from a small "Playground", there are smaller or larger chapels, such as St. Anargyros (front), St. Stylianos (side), St. George (back) and to the left of the entrance to the main Temple, there is something rare when it was first established, and perhaps the first temple in the world, dedicated to the .. s	spiros kokoris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ἡ Ἐνορία τοῦ Μητροπολιτικοῦ Ἱεροῦ Ναοῦ Θείας Ἀναλήψεως τοῦ Κυρίου Δραπετσώνας βρίσκεται στό βορειοδυτικό ἄκρο τοῦ τέως Δήμου Δραπετσώνας πού ὁριοθετεῖται ἀπό τήν Ἱερά Μητρόπολη Πειραιῶς καί εἶναι μία ἀπό τίς μικρότερες πληθυσμιακά ἐνορίες της. Οἱ ἐνορίτες της εἶναι κατά κύριο λόγο ἀπόγονοι προσφύγων ἀπό τόν Πόντο, τή Σμύρνη καί τήν ὑπόλοιπη Μικρά Ἀσία, πού ἐγκαταστάθηκαν ἐκεῖ μετά τή Μικρασιατική Καταστροφή. Στόν ἐρχομό αὐτῶν τῶν ἀνθρώπων, στήν εὐλάβειά τους καί τόν πενιχρό ὀβολό τους ὀφείλει καί ὁ Ναός τήν ἐπιβλητική παρουσία του στήν περιοχή. Στόν Ἱερό Ναό φυλάσσεται λείψανο τῶν Ἁγίων Ἀναργύρων πού μετέφεραν ἀπό τή Μαλακοπή τῆς Μικρᾶς Ἀσίας εὐλαβεῖς πρόσφυγες καθώς καί Ἐκκλησιαστικά Κειμήλια καί εἰκόνες ἀπό Ἱερούς Ναούς τῆς Μικρᾶς Ἀσίας. Τό ἔτος 1927 μπῆκαν τά θεμέλια διά τήν ἀνέγερση τοῦ Ναοῦ καί τά ἐγκαίνια ἔγιναν στίς 9 Νοεμβρίου τοῦ ἔτους 1952.
