Σε περίπτωση γραφειοκρατικού κολλήματος σε σχέση με αλλαγή sim για παράδειγμα υπάρχουν έξτρα χρεώσεις, εάν πας σε άλλο κατάστημα . Στο προσωπικό της εταιρίας όπου κι αν πήγα βάζω άριστα 5/5 στην εξυπηρέτηση. Στην πολιτική της εταιρίας όμως λόγω γραφειοκρατείας και έξτρα χρεώσεων βάζω 1/1 .
