L	Lazaros Vasiliadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long delays even in domestic package delivery. Their excuse is the situation with the pandenic; an excuse which was understandable during the first wave. However, even after one year of the pandemic, the situation with delayed deliveries is exactly the same. Next day delivery simply doesn't work. DO NOT use their services if you are in a hurry.

They never answer the phone and the queue is always super long, the people waiting don't even know if their packages are in this store or not. So we're waiting 30-45 minutes for them to let us know, because their phone services don't work! What the hell? I wish companies would stop using them to send out packages.

They tell you your name is not on the doorbell when it clearly was .You then arrange by phone to pick the docs up at the store the next day you arrive and they tell you your docs have been sent back.Use another Courier It happens way too often.
D	Dionysis Skoutelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the worst courier service in Greece. Although I must confess that all of them are average at best. During the pandemic delays are the norm and still in the store only one employee. When you ask where your package is after 10 days the just answer I don't know exactly. And when you ask whether you will pay a lower price since they don't meet the standards they just laugh. OK I also laugh because we live in Greece and the words customer service are unknown to local companies. Maybe because it's in English

What's also the point of setting a timeline for the delivery and you never follow it.(I have nothing better to do than stay home all day and still, never receive my parcel?? Get you business in order!!!

J	Jany Tanios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called ACS Customer Support to ask about a package I am waiting for. On the system it shows that they came 2 times to my house. But, they didn’t ring my doorbell. I was at home all week and they didn’t call me nor ringed my door bell. A proof is that the absenteeism note wasn’t on my door but on the door of the next building. And now they are asking me to go and pick up the package by myself from their offices. Why would I pay for Transportation Fee if i need to go and collect it! And, on top of that, the operator hanged up while I was asking for a solution since I don’t have a car! Next time i will make sure not to use ACS!
