A	Andrew Fr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience, prime location, boutique feel and the most genuinely friendly and welcoming hosts. They take effort to treat to as an individual and not as just another tourist. Rooms are large and in beautifully consistent with the name style. Modern wooden windows isolate the hubbub of the harbour very well so you get an excellent sleep noise free.
N	Nikki Alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides for the view and the room being beautiful and unique... it was the first hotel that recognised our honeymoon and left us a bottle of wine, few nibbles and beautiful card with warm wishes. We left at 6am on our last day to go to the ferry and they prepped a bag each for us with fruit, water, juice, sandwich and a piece of cake as they said we can’t skip breakfast. We both thought this was incredibly hospitable and thoughtful of them! Location is amazing with beautiful restaurants and shops right at your door step. We are most definitely happy with our choice and will one day come stay here again!
A	Andrew F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing boutique hotel! We received warm and friendly welcome from the owners when arrived at midnight to the hotel. The hosts know how to make you feel special and important. Everything is genuine and non-contrived. The room is amazing and spacious, styled in a unique way and exactly, as portrayed in the pictures from the website. Modern windows isolate the evening hubbub from the harbour, so that you can sleep in silence. Bathroom is also very spacious and has a jacuzzi. In the morning you'll be served tasty and generous breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (I loved their Cretan Omlette). The restaurant itself is one of the best in the whole Chania harbour . I loved the stay there and I can't wait the be there back again.

Hotel is a family business which makes it very personal and not cold relationship. Breakfast was GREAT, very tasty and restaurant style, not buffet. Room was really clean, special and very styled, especially the bathroom. Super nice decorations and style. Restaurant is actually outside so you can enjoy spectacular view in the morning while eating!

Emily made me feel so welcome, I arrived alone (not planned) and she made sure I felt safe and looked after. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. Very sad to leave and will definitely book again. Thank you

Unfortunately the power was out 2 of 3 mornings for our trip causing us to have to use the washroom utilizing cellphone lights, not acceptable it was barely raining. Because of the power outage the emergency lights came on beside the bed keeping us up at 5:AM. Hotel offered nothing in compensation for this which was really disappointing. The reception is very loud when ppl are coming and going echoing through our room. We tried to have a drink at the hotel restaurant but we're turned away as we were told the tables were reserved for people eating only. Never have I felt so disrespected from a restaurant I was about to spend good money at connected to a hotel were spending money to stay at. Owners are clearly greedy. I would not be back or recommend.

Emily, at the front desk, is an awesome person who was so very helpful in every way possible. Additionally, everyone we met pertaining to the hotel was so thoughtful and kind. There is no doubt that we'd book the Cretan Renaissance if we were ever back in Chania.
