Easy to gather tickets. The cruise is neat. This will be great if employees can understand that tourists cannot speak Greek like them. They are supposed to guide us rather than talk in a crude manner.

The WORST experience in mine life with SEA JET company. Service is TERRIBLE and is not worth for paid moneys. Prices are Overboosted for AWFUL SERVICE. We took the tour from Rethymno to Santorini on 06.07.2019. and trip direction should take 2h 15min, because it's fast sailing ship, but the reality was drastic. The ship should arrive at 8.00. A.m from Rethymno and depart at 10.15. A.m. to Santorini port, but in REALITY "FAST SAILING" ship departed at 11.45 a.m. We paid for FAST sailing, but received huge DELAY, as a result overall excursion time was significantly shorter. Whose compensate this lost time and lost money? None of personal haven't warned that ship DELAYS, so meaning that company consider such kind of attitude as normal. Secondly, within way back at the same date to Rethymno, "FAST SAILING" ship sould arrive at 5.00.p.m. from Santorini, but actually only within few hours our guide informed us that ship delayed and actually it arrived at 6.p.m. and departed to Rethymno only at 9.00.p.m. Promised fast sailing 2h15 min haven't worked again. Besides for trip back, SEA JET sold DOUBLE TICKETS for paricular sitting places, so we went to take our sits, but those were occupied by persons those had the same seats number. SHAME for company. Workers said that we're able to take other places, while almost all places were busy. Is it normal attitude? No excuses, nothing, just take other place. Ship doesn't have FREE WI- FI. We live in 21st century where WI -FI is aviable everywhere, but not for EASY JET. The last one comment, their ATTITUDE for tourist is as for livestock. Personal before ship departure have asked everyone for chek out, mening that all hundreads peoples went to the car desk and waited for ships departure, but waiting time took 20-30min in hot car desk with fuel smell. Why peoples should wait for half of hour in fuel smelly car desk? Just to know, round trip tickets Rethymno-Santorini cost 117eur per person, so such TERRIBLE SERVICE never costs for it's money. SEA JET attitude is just make business on tourists without providing qualitative service. AWFUL company and TERRIBLE SERVICE. If company is monopole in Rethymno it doesn't mean that they can forget about quality of service. NEVER Reccomed.

I was afraid it would be chaotic as in some YouTube videos showing the boarding and check-in but everything was actually very organized, you have places to keep your luggage, the seats are comfortable and there is a bar in case you need something.

Booked two ferris with Seajets. First one to Santorini delayed 30 mins and the second one to Crete cancelled due "weather conditions" (a little bit windy) they just texted me a couple of hrs before departure. I had to buy an emergency flight in a rush and more expensive. Very bad experience!

A bit of a confusing arrangemet at the time of getting the tickets, but at the end it worked... , just do not panic. The ferry wasn't on schedule, but you never know with the sea ..

Better fly if you can! Trip cancelled but no email or text to inform us. Then we had to line up for an hour in the port to change or tickets. They could have just sent us an email with a link to change our tickets or get a refund. But even there, nobody was informing us and we had to ask around to know what was going on.

1 day cruise to Santorini*perfect trip in low season. 1,5 hrs Oia, 1,5 hrs-2,5 hrs Fira and 1 hour beach if requested. Excellent guide. Different languages.

One of the bigger and main ferry operators in Greece / Aegean region, they seemed like a sure bet. Perhaps we simply had bad luck, but our “fast” SUPERJET apparently broke down and they moved people to other vessels. We, along with many others, we’re put onto a sub-par ferry without explanation… I had to ask what about the situation and no compensation was offered. The main point about this is that is was an extra 2 hours and 20 mins which made us miss our reservation on Santorini and we had to rearrange some of our holiday plans. Our second trip, one week later… the boat was 1 hour and 20 mins late. I understand things happen, beak down, bad weather etc… but at least offer some form of compensation if there is a class change and notify your patrons. Also, important note, if it’s important to you, there is no wifi available and very little to do on board. Plan ahead and load that iPad with a movie or bring your favourite book along with you. Something that we did not know, the vessel that we were on did not allow you to be outside on the deck. We had hopes and excitement to be out and to enjoy the sea air and to do some photography… instead be prepared to be stuck in an enclosed cabin, much like an airplane unless you’re on the Power Jet or the other Super Jet. We were stuck on the smaller boat for 7 hours… no apology not compensation, no notice.
