Friendly and trained staff. The cost of a rental car was affordable with superb servicing. I would use them again.

Good relationship price-quality. But the car(i10) was not in the best conditions and it consumed more than 10 Liters every 100 km. Also the owners were a bit rude. We will not repeat.

We had a wonderful trip on West Crete with a Fiat Panda from Cretarent. We saw all the beautiful places we had planned. Thanks for the brilliant service!

Our experience with Cretarent was absolutely negative. First of all at our arrive at Heraklion port the man of the company told us that we can't use the car for reach Balos Lagoon because of the dirt road. He wrote this in the rental contract. Everybody know that Balos is on of the main destinations of Crete. So if you choose this rental company you must know this. Obviously at the moment of the booking of the car this is not said. The misadventures are not over because during our return trip to Chania Airport the battery of the car has run out. I thought no problem I call the rental company and they will assist me whit this inconvenience. None of this has happended. They don't give me any kind of assistant and they tell me that I have to push the car or recover some cables for restart the car. Fortunely some passersby helped me. You have to be advised that if you have problem with the car they don't have any kind of service assistance. Anyway I went to Cretarent's point in Chania Airport for change the car. On that place there is no staff of Cretarent and they change me the car with another but wthout fuel (the other one had half full tank). Only after a call to the company they give it to me just 10 € for the gasoline. At the end of this I want to say they proved to be completely incompetent and unprepared to manage their work and a simple problem like a car's low battery. Absolutely not recommended.

Have used this lovly company for car hire for the last 5 years or so. Cars always in good order, and well cleaned, and thy are always waiting to greet us when our flight lands. No hidden costs or extras, and no worries. Would recommend to anyone 5* service.
