X	XYZ ZYX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMO this is the best hotel near Lefkada, so I give him 5* (but I should give 4*). Rooms are clean, personnel are very kind, prices are OK, but: pools are not heated, there are no (or not many) vegan opinions on breakfast and in restaurants (exple: no vegan milk). One of the restaurants was closed, and the second beach bar also . You must go every time to the beach bar if you want something - from one of the pools (by a closed restaurant) you must go 2 minutes to order coffee or something to eat. Every day breakfast is the same. Restaurant is ok, but for sure not the best on the island. There is no minibar in the room. You must go everyday for a new beach towel to reception and return at the end of the day. One one more thing: i want rent a scooter, they have company who cooperate with them - price in hotel was 5€ more/day than on website of rent company. They are talking about insurance, but on website there is info about full insurance... But for sure it is a good hotel, I think it is one of the best on Lefkada.
Y	Yuki K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going to Lefkada this hotel is the best one to stay. From the beginning till the end of our stay everything was perfect. The check in went smooth and we received a warm welcome from the staff. We booked a room with our own pool. Loved it to wake up in the morning to do some yoga and cool off in the pool. The whole resort and the rooms are so clean and well maintained. The rooms are so stylish. Enough sunbeds by the pool. The breakfast is a buffet style and there are lots of choice . Also healthy choices which i always prefer. The staff is really the first thing you come back for and the pool staff makes your pool day complete. Hope to come back soon.

J	Jen Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystal waters was by far our favorite place to stay in our entire trip to Lefkada Greece. It’s modern with stylish decor and the views were stunning of the mountains and shore. The facilities are exceptionally maintained and the staff is lovely. It’s obvious they pay attention to the details from the freshly painted walls to the garden shrubbery. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the food was delicious. Room service and restaurant options were limited and definitely more expensive than nearby restaurants. The pool and bar staff at the main pool were so hospitable. We had a room with a private pool that is definitely worth getting though it does overlook the road up to the hotel and not the main pool unless you get the presidential suites. The toiletries were high quality. The mattress was firm but still comfortable. Parking was easy for us but there isn’t parking for every guest as some reviewers mentioned. You can easily walk to some fantastic restaurants by the water like Tavern pantazis (delicious) or you can check out NV bar nearby. Wonderful place to stay that really lives up to its high ratings.
e	eli sluzki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a week during September 2021 and really enjoyed it. The rooms are perfect, clean, and really nicely decorated. The hotel staff was courteous and very service-minded and was always there for us with a high standard of service that not seen anywhere! The hotel has 3 different pools that designed stunningly . The rooms have cozy balconies with beautiful view. Breakfast is really good. I highly recommend this hotel and we will for sure return to it with the first opportunity we’ll have. Crystal Waters thanks for this amazing week we’ll we love you all!

C	Christina Goble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautifully appointed hotel in the small unspoilt village of Nikiana. All the staff and local people are so friendly and hospitable which is a big plus when travelling solo. Anastasia, Client Liaison, couldn’t do enough. One thing to take into consideration is that Crystal Waters is built into the hillside so there are plenty of steps to negotiate and no lift. There are one or two tavernas along the shore front and a couple of supermarkets which have everything you might need. The hotel will also be opening their own beach bar with sunshades at the end May/June which will be another plus. If you’re looking for sandy beaches Vasilliki is probably the best and about 30 minute drive so hiring a car would be a good option to get around as Taxis cost 15/17€ to/fro Nydri which can mount up. Nydri has plenty of lovely tavernas to choose from too and there is a ferry boat to Megannisi and plenty of boat cruises to other islands. Hope to return some day. ??
M	Mark Piepers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect! Just perfect! Nice, clean and cosy hotel. Lots of privacy and very friendly, hardworking and always helping employees. Nice pools, lots of space and nice seats and beds around the pools. Also the restaurant is very nice, good and fresh food. The bedrooms always perfectly clean, nice towels and very good beds! We had our own pool in our apartment with a very nice view into the mountains and over the pools! Every room had his own air-conditioning and we had a very pleasant stay. The trips we booked came from the reception and they were absolute great! If we visit Greek again we will book the same hotel!
