Yesterday afternoon around four in your daledream store or a saleswoman who was supposed to serve us only if she did not hit us. My little cousin entered the store first to try on the shoes he liked and after 5 minutes we entered and we just told her that it is a bit narrow on the sides (SOMETHING COMPLETELY NORMAL) The lady in question got hysterical and started shouting at him and she says nonsense like she is a saleswoman for twelve years and she will tear her diplomas as if he insulted her! go back and forth picking up her shoes she went to the cash register and shouted .. we got shocked and told my cousin to leave immediately she chased us out and kept saying inconsistencies at the end she said she would take them but we leave because you shout and instead of stopping she said literally: Dude that's my character. Then we went next to Dale we asked to see the shoes and the saleswoman there asked us if we went next door because they had them there and she explained that it is the same shop. In the end, we bought them because she was a polite or other seller and we liked the shoes. But it was the last time in your store from now on, I will not go outside either, I will not succeed in this particular one! Although I have been a client for many years, because of this unacceptable employee, our afternoon was ruined. What can we say and something! He would fire us? I'm sorry for your staff, I hope after this post the issue will be resolved. I hope you have cameras and see the incident. I was very disappointed with the purchase from this store, the product they sent me was defective, One shoe makes an incredible noise when you walk, I called them to make a change and their answer was to contact Skroutz. So I made a request to return to Skroutz but I have not yet received any response. It is completely unprofessional I consider that their products are imitation.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Friday 31/12/21 I buy 99.90 shoes as a gift. 4/1/22 a return is made and I choose another model which in the window had from 99.90 a discount to 79.90. I am told that I will get it in its original because on Friday there was no discount, which of course is not the case because there was not the slightest change in the window but I remember very well that the discount was valid from Friday as I was thinking of getting the cheapest from the beginning.
