★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα βρίσκεται σε περιοχή όπου είναι αρκετά εύκολο να βρει κανείς πάρκινγκ. Έτσι βολεύει για παραλαβή δεμάτων από τον ίδιο τον παραλήπτη. Προσωπικά με ειδοποίησαν το πρωί για την άφιξη της αποστολής και μετά από δύο ώρες πήγα και παρέλαβα το δέμα.
Η εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα είναι πολύ γρήγορη και φιλική, ενώ τα κοστολογια είναι λίγο πιο αυξημένα σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό.
The store is located in an area where it is quite easy to find parking. So it is convenient for the recipient to receive parcels himself. Personally they informed me in the morning about the arrival of the shipment and after two hours I went and received the parcel.
The in-store service is very fast and friendly, while the costing is slightly higher than the competition.

Very helpful and answer the phones. They helped me with a mess I had with the headquarters in Athens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always claiming that they tried to deliver the package and they didnt find you and they want you to call them and go there to pick it up YOURSELF!!! because they say they do not deliver today in our area! I cant think of a better scamm for to save gas! We all pay for to have the goods in our doors and NOT for to go to pick it from their central office. Note: This is the SECOND time it happens to me. Hope this review will make them better or if not better then simply DECENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting Negative attitude of staff in Nafplion even though I am heavily disabled and visited their office in person, they showed no compassion. Unbelievable bureaucracy reminding customers of an archaic civil service.
Even though we live in the area, owed to the negativity of the management at the local office, we needed to organise collection of a small parcel from South Africa via the DHL Office in South Africa itself.
We effected payment with our Greek Debit Car and received our parcel within a few days!
