Η πληρωμη στο κατάστημα γίνεται πλέον και με κάρτα, ενώ εξεπλάγην ευχάριστα όταν κάλεσα για να παραλαβω το δέμα μου και μου είπαν ότι το έχει παρει ο κούριερ την ίδια ημέρα που έφτασε στο κατάστημα, και μέχρι το μεσημέρι το ειχα στα χέρια μου. Μπράβο στα παιδιά που κάνουν ότι μπορούν σε τέτοιες δυσκολες εποχές και έχουν να αντιμετωπίσουν και την αγένεια του καθενός. Καλές δουλειές! Very kind staff! Every time I have called the new store, I have been served promptly and consistently. Payment at the store is now made by card, while I was pleasantly surprised when I called to pick up my parcel and I was told that the courier had received it the same day it arrived at the store, and I had it in my hands until noon. Well done to the children who do what they can in such difficult times and have to face the rudeness of everyone. Good work!
p	perikles salesiotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ παιρνω απο τις 9 το πρωι, για να σηκωσουν το τηλεφωνο πρεπει να κανεις ταμα στην Παναγια!!! εχω παρει πανω απο 6 φορες με χρονο αναμονης πανω απο 5 λεπτα σε καθε κληση χωρις επιτυχια.
Α	ΑΝΝΑ ΝΤΟΥΦΕΞΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μειονέκτημα είναι ότι το κατάστημα βρίσκεται εκτός πόλης με αποτέλεσμα να είναι πολύ δύσκολη η εξυπηρέτηση για κάποιον που δεν διαθέτει μέσο μεταφοράς και είναι επείγουσα η παραλαβή του δέματος. Όταν δεν βρίσκεσαι στην διεύθυνση που έχεις δηλώσει την ώρα που τους βολεύει για την παραλαβή αλλά στην εργασία σου δεν δέχονται να το φέρουν εκεί. The disadvantage is that the store is located outside the city, as a result of which it is very difficult to service someone who does not have a means of transport and it is urgent to receive the parcel. When you are not at the address you have stated when it is convenient for them to pick up but at work they do not accept to bring it there.
K	KOSTAS BOURIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ, πήγα την 1η φορά και αφού δεν έβρισκαν το δέμα κράτησαν το τηλέφωνο μου να με ειδοποιήσουν πράγμα που δεν έγινε ποτέ, πήγα 2η φορά, επίσης δεν έβρισκαν το δέμα. Την 3η φορά πήρα τηλέφωνο και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι το βρήκαν, όμως πηγαίνοντας εκεί με πληροφορούν ότι ακόμα δεν λειτουργεί το POS και τελικά πηγαίνοντας συνολικά 3 φορές στο κατάστημα εκτός της πόλεως όπου εδρεύει, δεν κατάφερα ποτέ να εξυπηρετηθώ.(κατανοώ ότι μπορεί να μην έχει POS για κάποιον λόγο, απλά ενημερώστε με από τη στιγμή που σας παίρνω τηλέφωνο, έχοντας μάλιστα το κατάστημα εκτός πόλης και παραπέμποντας με να γυρίσω στην πόλη να βγάλω χρήματα και να έρθω για 4η φορά.....ε όχι !!!!) UNACCEPTABLE, I went the 1st time and since they did not find the parcel they kept my phone to notify me which never happened, I went the 2nd time, also they did not find the parcel. The 3rd time I got a phone call and they assured me that they found it, but going there they inform me that the POS is not working yet and finally going to the store outside the city where it is located 3 times in total, I was never able to be served. (I understand that it may not have POS for some reason, just let me know from the moment I call you, even having the store out of town and referring me back to town to make money and come for the 4th time ..... oh no !!!!)

I have called their office several times to find out why they are not delivering as the parcel has been in the country for 7 days!!! However, all in vain, as nobody answers the phone. I have tried phoning their Head Office as well, but they too, don't answer the phone.Terrible service! I intend to make an official complaint to the UK company from which I have ordered the products, if I don't receive the items soon, preferably today or tomorrow.
