Σημειωτέον ότι το δέμα μου φαίνεται να το έχουν στο γραφείο του Άργους από 14/1 και ισχυρίζονται ότι δεν με βρήκαν δύο φορές, πλην όμως ειδοποίηση στην πόρτα δεν άφησε ο διανομέας, ουτε τηλέφωνο πήραν κι αυτό με κανει να πιστευω ότι ούτε καν πέρασαν από τη διεύθυνσή μου.... Εάν εγω δεν ενδιαρόμουν στις 19/1 για την τύχη του θα περίμενα για μήνες... Δεν θα πρότεινα την εταιρεία σε κάποιον τρίτο The fatigue of the employees is obvious and this makes the phone rude. Μηδενική οργάνωση δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως κάτι που είναι να αποσταλλεί στο Ναύπλιο είναι στο κατάστημα του Άργους. Το δεματάκι που περιμένω έχει μάσκες προστασίας που όλοι ξέρουμε πόσο σημαντικές είναι και ακόμη περιμένω. Δεν υπάρχει δικαιολογία για τις καθυστερήσεις 1 χρόνο είχαν να προσλάβουν προσωπικό για να ανταπεξέλθουν στις δύσκολες συνθήκες της πανδημίας. Για κάθε μέρα καθυστέρησης πέραν από το φυσιολογικό δικαιούστε αποζημίωση υπάρχουν οδηγίες στο site της eett.gr εθνική επιτροπή τηλεπικοινωνιών και ταχυδρομείων. Ένα δέμα μου είχε φτάσει εκεί και υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα μου το φέρουν στο σπιτι σε μισή ώρα.αντ'αυτού το δέμα μ πηγε βόλτα σε όλα τα χωριά του αργους πρωτα και μετα απο ώρες και πολλα τηλεφ.μου το έφεραν!! Αφού τ γραφείο ειναι στο αργος που διαμενω γιατι δεν μου το έφεραν απτην αρχη;; και μετα ας πήγαιναν τα μακρινα δέματα στα χωριά! Οτιδηποτε παραγγέλνω τωρα ρωτώ με ποιο κουριερ θ το στείλουν για ν είμαι σίγουρη ότι δεν θα είναι η Γενικη Unfortunately the service is strange and incomplete. I was never served properly.
