M	Miguel Merlos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom was so small, I can not fix into the shower. The wifi in the 3th floor is not working well. The worse situation was that they did not clean our room during four days. After the second day without clean the room, i was talking with "cleaner lady" and she told me that she will do it. But she did not It. We complained about on reception and the answer was : "Due to Covid19 restrictions, we only clean the rooms when the guest order it in the reception, one day in advance". I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
T	Tara Jabbari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst place!! Condescending staff, tiniest bathroom where the shower was above the toilet. Then on top of it, when I went to charge my phone, it sparked and broke the charger! Internet never works so don’t expect to get any work done or to keep in touch with loved ones. The mattress was all wires and again, the staff were rude, impatient and horrible. They took my money and I could not wait to get the hell out. A local was telling me this is a really old building and because of their location being so close to all the places in the city, they just do not care about the guests, they want your money and never want to “deal” with you.

Breakfast was served inside a bag and included only processed, pre-packaged low quality food with a boiled egg and a piece of fruit. We understand the covid restrictions but it should have been advertised somewhere during the reservation process. I simply do not suggest to stay in this hotel.

D	Dennis Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you fancy going back to full Covid lockdown time with associated paranoia and unhappy staff (bar 1 lovely lady), a terrible pretense of a breakfast in a paper bag, bathrooms without any outlets - then this is your place. The bread rolls at breakfast are days old and when twice I complained they came back with fresher ones. Eventually I went to the bakery next door. Location is superb except a taxi can no longer drop you at the Hotel because of new pedestrian malls. In 2 plus years of travelling through Covid the most disappointing experience.
L	Lori Austin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the location is great the rest of the stay was just bearable For me the bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. The bathroom recently beautifully renovated is very small. The door hits the toilet. If you are not a slender person you may struggle Pre COVID we are told they had a buffet for breakfast. Since COVID and to this day breakfast is a carbohydrate overload with rolls, Melba toast, bread sticks, muffins and cookies. The only healthy part was the boiled egg and apple. The cleaning crew were very nice although they liked to start at 7 am.
