The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise Chris was a lovely host, who had created a great app with all the information we needed. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The location is amazing and everything is in walking distance. The apartments are brand new and we’re beautifully designed ! Will return and recommend !

Unfortunately the air-conditioning system needs to be checked.It is such a basic requirement that everything else can wait but this must work. You can find temperature control panel and can put your desired temperature but it doesn't work. We are carrying our own temperature monitor this time as traveling with baby... 18 was never 18! Communication is always important and i am changing the review from 4 to 5 star as the facilitators communicated afterwards in friendly manner and informed us that the AC was in heating mode. We appreciated such communication.

Their own app was also helpful in discovering the city. The staff helped us with booking taxi, looking at bus schedule and any other request we had. Highly recommend the place !

Excellent location just 2 steps from everything in the city center! We fully enjoy it and definitely will book there one more time. My family loved it! Thank you City Lion!

The roads from the parking garage to the hotel felt a little run-down and scetchy with tons of graffiti. But the service at this hotel was phenomenal - the receptionist helped us when our rental car wouldn't start and helped lug our luggage out to the car when we had to pull over a bit further from the hotel than ideal. They really had the nicest people at this hotel.

Parking in the city is impossible. The staff recommended a valet service nearby, but we chose to park a 10 minute walk away at the port instead, which was cheaper and we had more control over our car.
