Από τις 26/11 σε δυο ημερες εφτασε από Αγγλιά και ενα μηνα κλεινει σε λιγες μερες από εκφόρτωση από μεταφορικό μέσο λεει. Χτες βΓάλανε ότι έχει ελλιπή στοιχεία. Παίρνω να δω ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα (αφού όλα τα έστειλα σωστά ,διευθύνσεις, συστημένο) στο τελωνειο,στην εξυπηρετηση, στα γραφεία..... μας εχουν συνδεσει με Κάιρο!!!! Δεν απαντά κανείς ρε φίλε!!! Τι πράγμα είναι αυτό...πιάσανε τις θέσεις και εσύ κολύμπα. ΚΡΊΜΑ!!!!ΜΕΓΑΛΟ ΚΡΙΜΑ....Το τηλεφωνο καταλήγει σε φαξ.... I have been sending a parcel from England for a month now. From 26/11 in two days it arrived from England and a month closes in a few days from unloading by means of transport he says. Yesterday he cried that he has incomplete data. I get to see what the problem is (since I sent everything correctly, addresses, registered) to the customs, the service, the offices ..... they have connected us with Cairo !!!! No one answers dude !!! What is this thing ... they took their places and you swam. PITY !!!! GREAT PITY .... The phone ends up in fax ....
T	Theodora Georgiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατά το παρελθόν απαντούσαν στα τηλέφωνα. Τις τελευταίες μέρες καλώ κατ εξακολούθηση για ενα επείγον δέμα και δεν απαντάνε. Έχω περιμένει μέχρι και 50 λεπτά στην αναμονή. Σήμερα τα ίδια. Ποιος άχρηστος διοικεί τα ΕΛΤΑ? και δεν μπορεί να οργανώσει σωστές δομές λειτουργίας να εξυπηρετείται ο κόσμος? Update: Απάντησαν στο τηλ σήμερα και ναι μεν μου λύθηκε η απορία, δε όμως, μετα βεβαιότητος λέω οτι εργάζονται με το ζόρι ο κόσμος εκεί μέσα. Και βάζω στοίζημα οτι δεν φταίνε οι υπάλληλοι, αλλά οι ανώτεροι. In the past they answered the phones. In the last few days I keep calling for an urgent parcel and they do not answer. I have been waiting up to 50 minutes. Today the same. Who useless manages the ELTA? and can not organize proper operating structures to serve the people; Update: They answered the phone today and yes my question was answered, but I can say with certainty that the people in there are working by force. And I bet that it is not the employees who are to blame, but the superiors.

Αναγκαστήκαμε να στείλουμε εκ νέου κ με χρέωση τγς επιχείρησης Φυσικα το δέμα προς τη πελατισσα μας … Επίσης χρεωθήκαμε αρνητική κριτική στη σελίδα μας εξαιτίας της δυσλειτουργίας τιυ ταχυδρομείου όπου κανείς δεν ξέρει τίποτα!!! Θ	Θανάσης Π. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια εβδομάδα παραμένει το δέμα στο σημείο διαμετακομησης Καισαριανής Βύρωνα. Πάμε για δεύτερη. Κανείς δεν απαντάει στα τηλέφωνα. Κανείς δεν ξέρει τίποτα. Μάλλον θα πρέπει να μυρισω τα νύχια μου. Οι υπάλληλοι αγενείς λες και είναι μαγαζάκι τους. Απορώ με τόσα αρνητικά σχόλια δεν υπάρχει κάποιος έλεγχος? Ένας βρε αδερφέ να τους πει ρε παιδιά μηπως πάει στραβά η βάρκα? The parcel remains at the Kaisariani Byron transit point for a week. Let's go for a second. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody knows anything. I should probably smell my fingernails. The rude employees seem to be their shop. I wonder with so many negative comments is there no control? Can a brother tell them, guys, is the boat going wrong?
j	julie rouk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Το προτίμησα για παραλαβή ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ, παρόλο που δεν είναι το κατάστημα που με εξυπηρετεί κανονικά, επειδή ηταν το πιο κοντινό. Περιττό να πω ότι δε θα το ξανακάνω. Πήγα δύο φορές και τις δύο φορές δεν έκανα τη δουλειά μου με την πρώτη οι κοπέλες στα ταμεία δεν είναι καθόλου συνεργασιμες. Τη δεύτερη φορά μάλιστα προσπάθησαν να με χρεώσουν 5 ευρώ παραπάνω, έμεινα εκεί πάνω από μισή ώρα παρόλο που πήρα (εγώ γιατί αυτές ήταν σίγουρες για τη χρέωση που μου έκαναν) τηλέφωνο το ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ και τους είπαν ποια είναι η σωστή χρέωση. Very poor service. I preferred it for receiving ELTA courier, although it is not the store that serves me normally, because it was the closest. Needless to say, I will not do it again. I went twice and both times I did not do my job with the first one the girls at the cashiers are not cooperative at all. The second time they even tried to charge me 5 euros more, I stayed there for more than half an hour even though (I because they were sure of the charge they made me) called the ELTA courier and they told them what the correct charge is.
