In the mid of pandemic COVID19 and even before (11 times so far) they do NOT deliver parcels with option pay with POS, they request CASH ONLY and if you dare to say anything about card or money transfer they hang up the phone or they call you names or they address you with your small name like "listen boy" etc etc etc ALTHOUGH they are by law obliged to accept cards. Their service is dead zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use this service. They completely failed to fix a minor issue - I had to spent 30 mins on the phone (when I was made aware 5 days after the supposed delivery date!) trying to find a solution, speaking with different employees who were not updating each other on the matter.
On top of that, the next day, I received a call by a different staff, completely unaware of the arrangements I had made the day before. I still do not know if the envelope has been delivered from Volos to Athens, 8 days after I took it to them!
