Δεν μπορούν να κανονίσουν την αποστολή ενός δέματος. Αναγκάστηκα να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία γιατί δεν μπορούν να κάνουν την παράδοση σωστα. Unacceptable at the branch in Chatziargyri. The girl on the phone is very rude. They hang up the phone. They can not arrange the shipment of a parcel. I had to cancel the order because they can not deliver properly.

Τα δέματα παραμένουν εκεί για μέρες και ακόμα και να επικοινωνήσεις τηλεφωνικά όταν το σηκώσουν σου λένε να πας να το πάρεις από εκεί!!! They have probably abolished the delivery and made it a collection store !! The parcels remain there for days and even to contact by phone when they pick it up they tell you to go and get it from there !!!

Με πήρε ο αποστολέας σήμερα Τρίτη για να μου πει ότι το δέμα με περιμένει από την Πέμπτη. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα της γενικής για να κανονίσω για το δέμα αφού δεν έχουν όρεξη να δουλέψουν απόγευμα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και δεν σηκώνουν καν το τηλέφωνο. Πως μένει αυτό το μαγαζί ακομα ανοιχτό? The parcel has arrived since Thursday. There was no update from the general. The sender picked me up today Tuesday to tell me that the parcel has been waiting for me since Thursday. I call the general store to arrange for the package since they have no appetite to work in the afternoon in that store and do not even pick up the phone. How is this store still open?
M	Maria Lask on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Κάθε φορά δημιουργείται ζήτημα και δεν θέλουν να παραδώσουν πιο ογκώδεις αποστολές (λες και δεν έχουμε πληρώσει τα αντίστοιχα μεταφορικά!). Και σαν να μη φτάνει αυτό, κλείνουν σε αντίθεση με οποιοδήποτε άλλο κατάστημα Γενικής Ταχυδρομικής ή και γενικώς κούριερ, στις 3 το μεσημέρι. Όταν ζήτησαν για πολλοστή φορά να παραλάβουμε οι ίδιοι αποστολή που ΟΦΕΙΛΑΝ εκείνοι να παραδώσουν, δεν ειδοποίησαν καν ότι κλείνουν τόσο τραγικά ασυνήθιστα νωρίς. Αφήσαμε τις δουλειές μας, πήγαμε να παραλάβουμε την πληρωμένη μας αποστολή, ήταν μέσα στο κατάστημα και αρνηθηκαν να εξυπηρετήσουν, επειδή είχαν κλείσει. Λυπάμαι πολύ για το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος (Χατζηαργύρη). Κρίμα που εκπροσωπούν κατά τα άλλα σοβαρή εταιρεία. Unacceptable. Every time a problem arises and they do not want to deliver bulk shipments (as if we have not paid the corresponding shipping!). And as if that were not enough, they close in contrast to any other General Post store or courier in general, at 3 in the afternoon. When they asked for the umpteenth time to pick up a shipment that they SHOULD deliver, they did not even announce that they were closing so tragically unusually early. We left our jobs, went to pick up our paid shipment, they were inside the store and they refused to serve because they were closed. I am very sorry for the level of service of this store (Hatziargyri). Too bad they represent an otherwise serious company.

E	Essam Haseeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier ever. If you order something through here and expects it on a certain date just forget it. Even if you live 15mins away from here, just make sure you go there before it opens and collect your package. Otherwise their rider will take it with him, move it around whole city with other packages and then return back and do the same next day. Their support is worst and rude. Always making up excuses. Just avoid this courier at all cost else have fun waiting because they will keep delaying it. Not recommended at all.
