★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was pleasant but the place needs to be a non smoking area and unfortunately was full of smoke every single time I visited. No regard for the citizen with or without a medical condition. Even after 2 years of suggesting ...nothing changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Speed Ex The parcel arrived on friday morning in Volos and on thuesday it was still not delivered in the village
they told me on phone maybe wednesday ...
this is not the first time I was disappointed by speed ex severale times i was forced to come to town 50 km to go and 50 km to return...to fetch my parcel by myself because they dindt deliver in time to the village

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The in-office representatives were very helpful. However, the end-to-end service of the company was unforgivably inefficient, even taking into account the high volume due to the holiday period and covid-19. One package was delivered one month later. Two other packages departed from the same eshop in Athens on December 10th. One was delivered on the 24th. The other one was unaccounted for till the 30th and it appeared on the system only after I had a heated discussion with the call center on the 29th (and this after a 45 minutes wait on hold)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is possibly the worst courier company in Greece. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you are given the option. Bad customer service, parcels are stuck at midpoints for too long, no updates are given and the communication branch is non existent. Emails are left unanswered and calls -if you manage to get on one with them- are brief, impolite and non informative. Utmost disappointment.
