D	Dima Sosnovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were deeply disappointed with this hotel when we visited it on 2015. The service in the reception was absolutely unhelpful, and partly rude. The basic room was worse than in a hostel, so we had to upgrade it. The food and drinks (we took the all-inclusive package) were far below average. The wi-fi was unavailable in the rooms. The best thing was the view from terrace where was the restaurant.
T	Thomas Roumeliotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, clean and big hotel. Our family apt. sleeps four in two separate rooms. Big and nice bathroom. All inclusive is a must choose. Plenty choices in food and drinks. Greek nights performing bouzoukia every Thirsday night. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from Hersonisos centre, out of the noisy streets. Renting a car and it is the perfect base for visiting the most famous beaches of the island. For sure we will be back next time we will visit Crete island for our holidays.

The hotel is very pretty, right next to the beach. Nice rooms BUT tiny toilets, for no reason at all... We even checked the bigger rooms and they all have small and uncomfortable bathrooms... Shame..
I	Ian Zakharov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom was horrible with flooded floor. 14 inch TV from 90 and fridge with thick layer of ice will help to understand why it's not 4 stars hotel. They say they have a gym. Gym with set of 1,5 kg Dumbbells and one treadmill is probably good for something except training. And yes, reception lady was not happy to see us. To be honest must say that meal is ok and suppers are good.

It worth it to get to know them on, even if only on a smile and greetings level. It's close to the nearby town, and the rooms are quite nice, especially for the price.

We weren't expecting much, but our room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a kitchenette with fridge and sink. The place was a little old and certain areas in need of repair but overall it was very nice. The food as part of the all inclusive package was very good and the chef tries to give variety each day. If you want a well-located hotel, near to beaches and pubs, which is well-priced and comfortable, look no further than here.
i	iChri22 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently back from Crete ,Family of 5 including an infant ,We stayed there for a nearly week , first, I would like to say is hard to find the hotel , especially when you driving a hired the car.not enough signs on the road. but once you get there,you will love it . The hotel itself looks very stylishly , as well pool area . Rooms are basic but cleaned daily Food was nice, plenty of choice for everyone Professional entertainment staff during the day especially for kids . One of the receptionists, she wasn't very nice ,apart that I had a great time with my whole family , And we will be back again . Thanks :)
