Absolutely beautiful! Great service, fresh full breakfast delivered to your personal balcony area right when you want it.

Room was sufficient but the outdoors! Wow! Made our honeymoon. Right is the center of Thira. Walking distance everywhere. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Great view. Awesome breakfast. Maria at reception was super helpful. Only wish they had a pool. Otherwise it was great.

Quite an original place - enormous rooms, incredible views, jacuzzi on the balcony - but be prepared, it is definitely not a modern hotel

This place is situated in an amazing location in the centre of Thira. The views are post card level and put a smile on your face everytime you wake up in the morning and walk outside. The staff are very friendly, helpful and are always quick to respond. For all of these reasons I'm still giving this 5 stars as I loved it, however there are some things to be aware of, 1. There is a restaurant situated above the Executive suite on the left, every morning we were woken by the moving of equipment chairs (ceilings must be thin) at around 8:30am. 2. People constantly walk across your private balcony to access the reception. This is annoying from a privacy perspective as there are other ways to get to reception. 3. To use your own hot tub, they essentially require you to sign a short form contract with ~ 15 - 20 rules, which if you followed it to the T you essentially can't actually use it. I think it's more from a liability perspective but it's over the top. Don't worry we used it every day without any issues and it was amazing!!! As I said this probably drops it to a 4.7 but with the google rating system it's not bad enough to get to a 4, so 5 stars it is!!

Room location was excellent with a view of the Caldera. Service was very helpful as well. Water was given and some cookies. I'd recommend getting the hot tub after long walks.

Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite with Jetted Tub (outdoor). The service was very good, the staff were very nice, and understood English at a decent level. The room was clean and everything was functional. The receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel and explained everything about room and hotel amenities. They also had a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the mini fridge free of charge. The view from the balcony is very nice, you can see the sea and cliffs and can even see all the way to Oia. The breakfast is the basic continental breakfast with some options to customize to your preference. The hotel is located in a good spot, close to the tourist attractions, such as restaurants and cafes. There is a travel agency close by that offers trips and activities. Getting to the hotel from airport to the hotel was not difficult, but there was a lot of traffic in that area. There are no parking areas near the location where most hotels are located, so one of the hotel staff came and carried our bags to the hotel (and then to the room). Overall a very positive experience, will definitely consider coming back to this hotel next time I visit Santorini
