Γ	Γιώργος Βουγιουκας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαράδεκτο parking. ενημέρωση μέσω του τηλεφώνου προ παράδοσης του αυτοκινήτου για ώρα επιστροφής η οποία ήταν ξημερώματα με διαβεβαίωση ότι θα υφίσταται υπάλληλος να με εξυπηρετήσει (δεν λειτουργούν 24/7). τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση την ίδια ημέρα και πολλές ώρες προ άφιξης στο αεροδρόμιο Ηρακλείου για ώρα άφιξης και αριθμό πτησης. εκ νέου διαβεβαίωση για ύπαρξη υπαλλήλου για την παράδοση του αυτοκινήτου. ο υπάλληλος βέβαια δεν μπήκε πότε στον κόπο να ενημερώσει κάποιον για να βρίσκεται στο αεροδρόμιο για την παράδοση του αυτοκινήτου. Τελικά το αυτοκίνητο μου παρεληφθει κατά τύχη μετά από μισή ώρα αναμονής (παρέα με την έγκυο σύζυγό μου) αφού εμφανίστηκε μια υπάλληλος για να παραδώσει ενοικιαζομενο αυτοκίνητο σε άλλον πελάτη. από τα κεντρικά γραφεία της Αθήνας σαφώς και δεν υπήρχε καμία βοήθεια καθόσον τα κινητά τηλέφωνα ανάγκης που διέθεταν απλά δεν λειτουργουσαν και δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν τίποτα. Αν δεν μπορείτε να κάνετε την δουλειά σας μην την κάνετε. ..είναι απλό. unacceptable parking. briefing by car before delivery for return time which was early in the morning with the assurance that there would be an employee to serve me (not working 24/7). telephone update the same day and many hours before arrival at Heraklion Airport for arrival time and flight number. re-confirmation of the existence of an employee for the delivery of the car. the employee, of course, never got in the trouble of informing someone to be at the airport about the delivery of the car. Eventually my car was accidentally picked up after half an hour of waiting (along with my pregnant wife) after an employee showed up to deliver a rental car to another customer. from the headquarters of Athens clearly and there was no help as their emergency cell phones simply did not work and could do nothing. If you can't do your job don't do it. ..it is simple.

Ο λόγος που δεν βάζω 5 αστέρια είναι ότι παρέλαβαν το αυτοκίνητο χωρίς να μου δώσουν κάποιο αποδεικτικό γι' αυτό! Σημείωσαν απλά τα στοιχεία μου σε ένα τετράδιο. Επίσης, πρέπει να γίνει εμφανές στην ιστοσελίδα τους ότι πρόκειται για την εταιρεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων Europcar, γιατί αν ψάχνεις για e-parking δεν θα το βρεις ποτέ! Very convenient parking service next to the airport. The reason I don't put 5 stars is that they got the car without giving me any proof of it! They just listed my details in a notebook. Also, it should be clear on their website that this is the car rental company Europcar, because if you are looking for e-parking you will never find it!

Δεν απαντούσε κανείς στο τηλέφωνο και εννοείτε Πως δεν υπήρχε κάποιο άτομο εκεί που στην ουσία είναι 24ωρο λένε Απαράδεκτο I got a call a week ago and 1 day before I came to the parking lot at the airport of Heraklion, Crete. Nobody answered the phone and you mean that there was no person there who is actually 24 hours a day they say Unacceptable
Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑ ΨΑΡΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άφησα το αυτοκίνητο πρώτη φορά στη ζωή μου σε αυτό το πάρκινγκ και όταν το παρέλαβα μου είχαν ξεκολλήσει τον προφυλακτήρα δεξιά και αριστερά. Επειδή το αμάξι είναι παλιό και έχει χτυπήματα κ γρατσουνιές η απάντηση μετά από δύο ημέρες που υποτίθεται ότι κοιτούν τις κάμερες ασφαλείας ήταν πως αφού έχει χτυπήματα ήταν η ώρα του να φύγει. Επειδή επέμενα καθώς λέω αλήθεια, μου είπε πάλι ένας Παναγιώτης (φοβερά επαγγελματίας που συστήνεται Παναγιώτης) ότι πρέπει να κάτσει να δεί όλες τις ημέρες . Δηλαδή πριν που μου είπε τα είδα ήταν οκ εννοουσευπως είδε μόνο την ώρα που το παρακαρε ο υπάλληλος. Αμφιβάλλω αν θα αποζημιωθω I left the car for the first time in my life in this parking lot and when I received it my bumper was detached to the right and left. Because the car is old and has bumps and scratches the answer after two days of supposedly looking at the security cameras was that after it has bumps it was time to leave. Because I insisted as I was telling the truth, a Panagiotis (a terribly professional recommended by Panagiotis) told me again that he should sit down and watch every day. That is, before he told me I saw them, it was ok, he only saw them when the employee overdid it. I doubt if I will be compensated
