★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for available specific diesel cars, got proper fast answer, booked preferred car as price was one of the best around, got it delivered to hotel in Limenas Chersonisou on agreed time without problems. Got another 1 for people in same hotel and 1 more was booked independently after recommendation from us. So 3 cars were booked, everything was fine with all of them, questions answered all good. 1 car was even delivered earlier than agreed with no extra charge and small discount given.
Can't say what happens if you actually get into accident but overall no problems at all including other people who had booked after me. Planning to come back and book car from Annacars again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience we had so far from a car rental. Our flight was delayed for 12 hours and Kostas arranged a 03:30 a.m. delivery in Chania Airport with no additional charge. Katerina was waiting for us with a brand new VW Polo, very polity, very friendly. Rental agreement within 5m, no surprises, no small prints in contract. Paid with credit card, no fees, no deposit, no quarantee. I recommend ANNA CARS with no fear, they were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful and pleasant experience. I communicated several times with Kostas prior to my arrival at the airport in Crete. The price quoted was very competitive, much better than the major rental car companies. When I changed flights last minute and arrived 6 hours ahead of schedule, there was still someone waiting for us at the airport. The car was basically new (only 6,000km) and clean with many of the newer features - back up camera, lane departure warning, etc. The drop-off was also very easy and smooth. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a rental.

Great, reliable, communication quick just an all round great business to deal with.
We paid 500 euro for a Fiat Tipo which was ideal for the 4 of us and 3 suit cases.
No add on's, pay your 70 euro deposit and the rest when you arrive, fully insured it was a dream especially with the mine field we all read about regards hiring vehicles aboard.
Fully recommend and assure you won't be disappointed.
