★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλύτερο χειροποίητο σιροπιαστό που έχω φάει.καταλαβαινεις όλες τις λεπτές στρώσεις φύλλου και το ποσό τραγανό και σωστά σιροπιασμενο είναι το μπακλαβαδακι και όχι μόνο ! Ο πιο παλιός (86 χρονών πλέον) παρασκευαστης χειροποιητου φύλλου στο Ρέθυμνο και μάλλον ο τελευταίος που αγαπάει αυτό που κάνει και αυτό φαίνεται .μέχρι και σήμερα ανοίγει φυλλο κάθε πρωί και όποιος θέλει μπορεί να πάει και να τον παρακολουθήσει.  The best handmade syrup I have ever eaten. The oldest (now 86 years old) maker of handmade sheet in Rethymno and probably the last one who loves what he does and it seems. Until today he opens a sheet every morning and whoever wants can go and watch it. Well done

De vrais artisans d'un âge canonique (probablement plus de 80 ans) qui perpétuent une tradition qu'ils sont peut étre malheureusement parmi les derniers à pratiquer.
Quelle dégustation....une tuerie !
Discovered by chance while strolling in old Rethymnon a little away from the very (too) commercial streets.
True artisans of a canonical age (probably over 80 years old) who carry on a tradition that they are unfortunately may be among the last to practice.
