★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση κυρίως από τη διευθύντρια καθόλου καλή ενημέρωση. Χρειάστηκε να πάω τρεις φορές προκειμένου να ανοίξω ένα λογαριασμό διότι δε με ενημέρωναν σωστά κάθε υπάλληλος μου έλεγε διαφορετικά πράγματα .
Very bad service, mainly from the director, not at all good information. I had to go three times to open an account because I was not properly informed every employee told me different things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα κατάθεση από το ΑΤΜ στις 15:20. Εγινε η καταμέτρηση των χρημάτων και μετά την αποδοχή της συναλλαγής έβγαλε μήνυμα ότι δεν ολοκληρώθηκε η συναλλαγή. Τουλάχιστον 3 υπάλληλοι και η διευθυντρια ήταν μέσα στο κατάστημα και μου απάντησαν ότι δεν μπορεί να ανοίξει το μηχάνημα πριν τη Δευτέρα το μεσημέρι! Ειδικότερα η διευθύντρια μου είπε ότι έπρεπε στις 14:45 να είχε σχολάσει! Πρώτη φορά συναντώ τέτοια απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και μάλιστα από διευθυντή καταστήματος.
I made a deposit from the ATM at 15:20. The money was counted and after accepting the transaction, it sent a message that the transaction was not completed. At least 3 employees and the manager were inside the store and they told me that the machine could not be opened before Monday noon! In particular, the manager told me that she should have finished school at 14:45! This is the first time I have encountered such unacceptable behavior from a store manager.
