Whenever I rent a car from this company I always enjoyed it. Service, behavior, and professionalism at the highest level. I highly recommend it.

First of all, for the service and communication it should be 5 stars! So I think you can really rent a car here, but do not book a Suzuki Jimny. There are old, that is normal for the open version. In our case 18 years, but still no problem at all. All you have to do is maintenance, and as an maintenance engineer I know something about it. The car was far beyond getting a German TÜV. The steering was knocked out , the seat bealts worn out and the brakes failed due to a leak I the hydraulic system. Not even talking about the clutch. The mechanic said everything is fine, while the car was standing. It wasn't!!!! We are happy that we did not get harmed in our honeymoon and the rental service ruined our stay on zakynthos, that's just the truth. Locals confirmed my impression about EuroHire, so it's your choice. You like the thrill in a Jimny?

Picked up the car at the Zakynthos airport. Pick up was smooth, staff was professional. We chose a car we knew will be relatively new, for example Peugeot 208. Car was super new as expected, clean on the outside and slightly salty seats on the inside, but nothing major. Overall a good experience no surprises. Still waiting for my credit card funds to be released, as soon as that happens can confrim my 5 star experience with the company.

Together with a group of 9 people we wanted to rent a car from this company in Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort. The representative of the company was very rude. We came to him to ask about the possible cars that we can rent and what are the steps to book them. He firstly told us that we need to hurry because he needs to leave the hotel. My father went to the room in order to get the money to pay for the cars. When he came back the company’s representative told us that we need to bring our driver licenses as well. I think it is important to add that he had a mean smile on his face. My father told that he could have told us earlier what is needed and that it seems that he does not like his job. The company’s representative then told us that he won’t rent us the cars, that he is just an employee and that we can book the cars online. We ended up renting the car in another place. Hence this is the message for the owner: I think you should consider another person for this position. You have just lost 9 clients because of this person.

Worst car rental company of Zakynthos! Never hire a car at this place. The owner will scam you and will rip you off your car. We hired a car for three days, however the second day they roughly took our car. We have had a little car accident and the result was a little scratch and some paint went off on the back of the car. Nobody was hurt and there wasn't even a dent. We paid for an insurance which they told us will cover all accidents/damage with the car. However when we reported the accident and they came by to have a look at the scratch they were very furious and told us we had to pay for the damage, but we resisted because of the insurance we paid for. So, they called the company boss and he came in his big expensive 4X4 Jeep and was immediately furious when he saw the little scratch and demanded the key so we gave the key and told we must take our stuff out of the car. His behavior was very aggressive and forced us to give him the key or else.. They left without saying anyting and left us behind on a parking lot. So, they took/stole our car we had paid for another day and left us 20 kilometers away from the hotel. The day after they told us we were aggressive however when I was calling with our touroperator they were yelling and being aggressive to a little blond girl (my girlfriend). After all looking back they handled the situation very unprofessionally and very immature and this is in my opinion never how you should treat your customers. So if you want to have a car for the actual days you paid for and not get ripped don't hire at EuroHire Car Rental. See the picture for the enormous damage at the back corner of the car. ;) (if you can not see it, it's the little black part).

Recommended by our hotel. We rented a Peugeot 208 for 6 days. Our accommodation in Zante was in a remote village around 10km from the airport. I didn't fancy renting a car at the airport because we were flying in late and our holiday package included airport transfers. This was the real advantage of Eurohire because they dropped off and picked up the car at our accommodation. Prices were fair and the car was delivered on time. I have no complaints.

Never had such a bad experience with a car rental service. They left me on the streets and Just told me you can’t pay cash and went their way. No solutions, no service! In the terms and condition stays: CREDIT CARDS: Primary driver must have a valid credit card and or be able to present cash amount according to excess policy as a deposit.​ They wanted to tell me I can’t pay cash when they arrived and told me to look up the terms. Worst service ever

Highly recommended. Greate communication regarding the handover of the car. Nothing was any problem. Easy handover of the car. Our car was brought directly in front of our hotel, where we also parked it next day and left the key at the reception. Best prices for car rental. The car was clean and new. The car just was a little bit lazy up to the hill. :-D
