Best Car rental agency in Greece

I	Ieva Silkāne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car for 4 days from this company. The worker was very lovely, she explained me the best places to see in Crete. I had an accident with the car in Chania city and they were fast to assist me and call the insurance company, and I didn't need to pay any damages, because they have full 100% insurance. Just returned the car and gave back the keys. I will definitely return to this company next year to continue to explore Crete, amazing island with kind people :)

Before renting a car they gave me an offer for 16eur for vw up, I asked for full insurance option which is not a standard one (and repeated the word "full" twice to avoide issues), the lady said: yes it is full. So I made a reservation. The next day I came for the car, and there is no car in the same place, I had to go with company's employee to the office ... strange and uncomfortable as the time was important for me this day. In the office 3 other clients before me in a queue, all of them angry on the company, I didn't know why yet. My turn, nice I thought, the man was filling out the papers and I asked about full insurance issue just to confirm and ... he told me it is full but with my risk of 3000eur for the car worth around 3000-4000eur!! So in reality the full insurance means no insueance at all... Imposible but it was the case. The full insurance without my risk, 40eur more. It is not the end, the man marked only few scratches from the car on the paper, the tank was almost empty, the car didn't work properly and the best of the story right now: AFTER I already signed the contract and paid money, he told me that a daily limit for this car it is 100km!! Nothing more to write here, CHEATERS!!

The limit of 100 km is a joke, and the employee added it to the contract after we had signed it... be careful when you ask for insurance. We wanted a full insurance and the employee told us it costs only 10 Euro (we wanted to make sure and asked again if it’s really a full option, and she said yes!). She was just trying to get the deposit from us, because later it turned out it’s an option of a „full insurance with risk” when you pay for any scratch up to 3000 Euro... It’s simply extorting monet from the clients. Outrageous! Stay away from them

We reserved a car with full insurance ( Lady told us that deposit will be not needed because we have the full insurance) Next day we had to make deposit or buy another insurance for 20E per day in case of wandalism, but day earlier no one mentioned about it. The price during reservation it is not finall price so be carefull!

So we gave her a deposit. Next day we went to pick up the car and the price has changed almost double for the insurance that now was not included anymore. After a long discussion with the shameless anastasia we accept to take car because she didn't want to give us the deposit. Then she bought us a really bad condition and dirty car with one spare wheel on it! We realized about it when we stopped on the gas station to inflate the wheels because the where all flat. So we had to return and finally she gave us another car, we lost time and money with this shameless person. Please send aware of this kind of cheap rent car companies, we had a similar experience in the next door company.

Not worth going there, they try to catch your attention with 70% price reduction offers including fully insurance which is not true. They offer these prices with a self contribution fee of 3000€. You have to pay additionally money in order to be fully insured without self contribution. Long story short, once you booked something you are getting into a bad situation. Either you are leaving the money you have pre paid there or you are putting further money on the table. If possible I would gave no stars at all!!
J	Julia P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no, no, no! After an initial conversation with the rental employee, I found out how much it costs to rent a car and what is the amount including insurance. The amount was ok for me, I asked for details, asked twice what was covered by the insurance that the employee told me about, everything seemed to be ok. I had to make a deposit while booking. The next day, when I came to pick up my car, it turned out that the price was much higher! That they will not give me the promised full insurance and they have to block funds on my credit card if I do not agree, the price will be enormous compared to the pre-agreed price. I don't think I need to write that the employee didn't say anything when I asked questions, and he lied looking in the eyes! I wouldn't give even one star.

Like other comments here mention, they lure you in with their prices, make you pay upfront stating there is no deposit and then ask to lock 9,000€ on your credit card. The convenient alternative is to pay the full insurance which is at least triple the price. And then of course they can't refund you the initial amount paid in case you want to cancel, and even get angry if you're firm with them. Avoid this company!
