★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was double booked. They offered us a small windowless room with no A / C and electricity. We refused. After that, they offered us another mold smelling room from an adjacent creepy house that was not a hotel. We also refused to do so. They also offered another hotel 12 km away. The staff was very lazy and unskilled.
Eventually we surrendered and looked for another hotel, which was difficult because the hotels were quite full. One holiday day went completely wasted.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel and I was not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the service was amazing. They were incredibly accommodating!!! I had time to kill before my ferry off the island and they agreed to hold my bag so I could explore. I had a great ocean view and a wonderful view of the hills!! It may not be a 5 star hotel but the service sure is. If you want a place centrally located and just a 10 minute walk from everything stay here. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was really pleasant and ambitious. Since his recent take-over he has focused on upgrading the entire place before the next high season. We loved the space, and the great price we paid for it. We also really liked the neighbourhood it is in. A gem, hidden away just walking distance from the hustle and bustle. With a great view of the ocean and only 10mins walk from the local bus station, we would go back to this place for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O/5. My husband and I were suppose to go in June of 2020. We weren’t able to due to Covid travel restrictions the hotel was good at first about communicating and said they would refund us the money when they reopened. They have now reopened and the manager is no longer answering my messages or those of booking.com. And after reading other reviews have learned they have been open for quite a while.
