d	david gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have an anoying incident. At our arrival the recepcionist told us differents plans and tour that we migth do. She told us to make privat tour marking the different places to visit for 50 € in a map. We decided to do it , and in fact the tour was ok, excepting that the price was not 50 but 150. The guide told us that the tarif was 50 per hour , so 3 hours tour was 150. We call the recepcionist who start shouting us. We check the map where she wrote 50€ and the places we visited in the tour. Finally we paid 50 € cash to the guide. After this incident that was so rude we never stayed confident in the hotel. Next morning we had but smeeling egg in the breakfast. And few days later, when we check the credit card balance, we discovered an non authorished charge of the 100 euros. Asking for the money back the denay it, so we will start legal actions. I would never recommend this place. It had been the worst experience that I ever had in an accomodation. Really avoid this place.
m	maria kh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel on booking.com because we were impressed with the pictures taken of the rooms. When we arrived our rooms looked nothing like those pictures but it was fine. The breakfast is very limited and you feel like it is not fresh. The staff is very weird the guy that worked in the morning acted very weird when we passed by him every morning to say good Morning he would barely look at us and said good morning in the most annoyed way as if he hated us ? it was a very unpleasant start to our mornings! And the guy that came in the afternoon is very nonchalant. One night we came back to the hotel at 7pm after a day at the beach, my friend was very cold and wanted to have a hot shower. But there was no hot water it was freezing. When i called the reception he basically told me that the other guests must have used all the hot water and that there was no more left and he cannot do anything about it! It was shocking to hear ? My friend spent the night sick and cold.

M	Michael “Schocki PFF” Schock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and attentive staff. Rooms were in good condition but they're noisy due to loud neighbors on balconies. Sleeping with the windows open was not possible. Breakfast is served in buffet style and quality is low. No fresh fruits just canned like you can buy them all over the world. Muesli consists of oatmeal only. Choco cereal available for kids. Scrambled eggs were old. Saucers for cups were not available. Meat and cheese selection looked like packed slices from the supermarket. We only went once for breakfast and opted not to go to breakfast anymore afterwards. Overall a nice place with some flaws but breakfast is more like continental style you can get at any cheap highway motel.

G	Giorgia Bulgarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, with nice and spacious rooms but without privacy as windows/balcony are on the internal small garden (sometime on ground floor) so people outside can see you inside your room. Staff super nice and available to help. Cleaned rooms. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited and always the same for 7 days, no fresh juices or fruit. Nice small swimming pool, with sun until 5pm. Great position if you want to stay outside small city center and avoid crowded streets and have possibility to reach the hotel by car. Near main road to reach all the destinations of the island. Parking available next to the hotel.

After almost 6 months of me emailing them weekly on every single platform they decided to finally message me back on Facebook messenger They were upset that I had left a negative review… Why would I have anything good to say about this establishment after being ignored for over six months If I were you I would not give my money to people like this
