Tatiana (one of the guides) is really so perfect. She takes care of all her guest in a perfect english language. We have the impression to be part of a her family. She explains all the details of Crete history . She is smiling all the time naturally and dont suggest anything. I have never seen a so good professionnal like her. Great tour to the beach (4h), monastery (20 min), and winery (30 min). 18 euros per person, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella is an additional 9 euros. Definitely recommend this tour!

5* Balos -highly recommended, the best you can find 5* Samaria - same as above 0* Santorini - it is done in collaboration with a different company. Very expensive and far from what was expected. Very short time for the actual place and extremely crowded. In a small vilage where you can maybe have 2 busses of tourists at once, there were probably 10 double decker busses. Actual time spent in the 2 villages of Santorini: - "Santorini from the pictures" for only 40 min, - the capital , which is not so spectacular, 1h20min. And in all this time you will only have time to eat and take a few pictures, in a very very crowded street.

I highly recommend not to deal with them. We were very disappointed. They canceled our Saturday tour to Elafonisi because they did not have enough people and proposed to move it to Monday. We wake up early in the morning on Monday and were waiting for the bus, but the bus simply did not stop to pick us up. When we called the agent, she said that they had lost our email letter so they had not reserved seats for us. They had two days to call or write an email to contact us but never did. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

I absolutely loved the trips to Balos/ Falassarna and the Samaria gorge hike - beautiful and nice tour guide Elen; very knowledgeable and clear mountain guide Thomas Tatiana - great & patient agent to explain trips Very disappointed with the Santorini trip - operated by a different provider (Seajet and IO Travel) but within Exodus options. The organising skills, customer centricity and professionalism of Seajet are very poor.The trip is very expensive and you expect to have a few hours stay in Oia /Fira, but the travel took most of the time (1.5-2h between Chania and Rethymno + 2h by boat to Santorini - fast & comfy, but it was freaking cold & very rude stewardess, can't explain why so much cool air conditioning + 1h by bus to reach Oia + 30 min to reach Fira + the whole same time to return), actually spent about 1h in each of the cities having a very short walk trying to overcome the crowds, take just a few pictures and at least have a bite to eat.I absolutely didn't like the feeling to be guided as cattle among the hundreds of people and traffic was horrendous, i thinks bus drivers must be gods. The number of people visiting at the same time should be clearly restricted for a good experience and Fira is bigger than Oia but less interesting (obviously less time was attributed to visiting Oia). I don't find this as a good marketing with the purpose of achieving customer experience, but just a way to attract and pay the bill, but this might impact reputation. I would rather organise it myself with less number of people and find a different provider, change the route or offer a 2 days package.

We had trip to Elafonissi Beach and our guide was Tatiana. Her voice was so soothing that made me sleep and and relax the whole time. She was really nice. Overall trip was awesome. The trip cost 18Euro per person while one way bus price price was 11 euro. So it was a worth as it included monasty, beach wine tasting and drop as well. Would recommend to take the trip?.
