Amazing view, best spot for photos. The stairs are very steep, therefore not very accessible (our specific hotel location at least). The porter and receptionist were extremely nice. The only annoying part was all the tourist and photographers will take photos on the stairway and block your path to and from your room. This is no fault of the hotel or course, there’s a little gate and a sign that says “private no entry”. Some people can’t abide by rules, however it’s still only a minor annoyance.

One of the most affordable suites on the cliffside of Oia. You are paying mostly for the location and the view. The property is more dated compared to others and the service is not what you would expect from a nice hotel. The check-in counter is the tourist information office in front of the bus station. They don’t stay open around the clock, so if you need to check in late or check out early, you need to let them know a ahead of time and you’ll most likely need to lug your own luggage as there won’t be staff to help you at that time. It’s a long walk from your suite to where you can get transportation. The views are most decent from all rooms and the size is pretty spacious for a couple. They types of bathrooms can vary. Avoid rooms with a small closet toilet/shower combo! We had that on our first night and it’s the WOREST (See pics)! We had a shared patio with plenty of chairs and tables and a clean hot tube. It’s not the most luxurious property and don’t expect top notch service but it’s decently price and we still enjoyed our time in Oia.

One of the cheapest properties in Oia, Santorini. Yet the room is great and view is incredible. The only issue is that there are a lot of steep stairs to get out of the room. So if you're traveling with children or old people, this is not exactly a suitable place for you to stay. Good for a romantic gateway. I have heard that tourists flog to the balconies during sunset time and there's no privacy. So if you are traveling in summer, be aware of that. We went in winter and entire Oia was empty during that time. It was very windy, but very peaceful. Service level of the hotel can improve a lot. We have to wait too long just for check in. The good thing is that this hotel is open year round.

You are only paying for the beautiful location and the view, both are absolutely amazing. There’s no front desk, very poor communication through messages or calls. The check-in was quite exhausting, because the person that contacted us didn’t show up on time…we waited for about 30min in the hot sun and they also didn’t answer the phone! The room was clean, but there’s no cleaning service or whatsoever during your stay. Beware of lots of steep stairs, luckily we only had two small luggages.

The location couldn't be better, I definitely recommend it if you want to get some iconic pics without leaving your apartment and waiting in a line to take nice pics like other tourists do. You have your own amazing views from your terrace/balcony, in my case I could watch the sunset from my place, no need to move anywhere. I want to thank Olek for his help in carrying my luggage through la caldera, he's definitely a treasure among Finesse's staff.

Sunset and Caldera !! I am going to take the same Suite again. The location could not be perfect than this for the stay. Witnessed one of the best sunset ever. Really awesome sunset view, that you can enjoy with a glass of wine from your balcony or sitting in the warm Jacuzzi pool. Then waking up to the beautiful sea view from your bedroom in the morning, just makes it more special. The communication with the staff was really good and they helped with the transportation of the bags. You don’t have to climb so many stairs to reach the Main Street on the top. Just 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and all the major restaurants.

It was excellent for 2 reasons: the spectacular view and the friendly hostess, Lydia. This provided an affordable option in Oia. Be prepared to go up and down steep steps every time you go out but the view and friendly staff made this a wonderful experience.

Positive: awesome views of the caldera. The bad: They don't give you the room you paid for!! We had a problem with what we booked and the room that was given to us. We booked the honeymoon suite with caldera view and private jacuzzi and private balcony, instead they gave us a small room with private jacuzzi and shared terrace. The room was super humid, small and instead of a double bed there was two mattresses joint by a top cover. We complained about this as it wasn't what we had paid for, at the end was our honeymoon and we wanted a perfect stay. Next day they sent a very kind housekeeper who unfortunately spoke very little English, who in the end agreed to give us the room we wanted. We must say the one they gave us after which is the one we paid for was stunning, a dream and with private balcony as they state in the booking. However we never got a compensation for the first night that was clearly not what we paid for. We tried to get a refund but they say we are not right... which is impossible as we had paid for the most expensive room and that was clearly the one they gave us the second night not the first night... impossible to say that those two rooms cost the same... So all in all a beautiful place with bad customer service and bad facilities in some rooms
