Great service, clean and comfortable king size beds. Anastasia and Porters are very helpful. Great coffee and breakfast in the room and on balcony overlooking the sunset. But be aware of the steep steps coming down to hotel, harder to seniors

The service was amazing. Bianca in the front desk was very accommodating. She made herself available at all times via WhatsApp. Our driver called the hotel and they arranged to have someone waiting to help with our bags when we arrived to the drop off area. It’s a significant hike to the hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was heavenly. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. The AC worked well and the wifi was fast. The location is one of the best on the island the castle side of the Island. There was tons of outlets for all our gadgets and plenty of hangers for hang your wardrobe. The only reason I gave it 4/5 was because the private pools are separated by walls that significantly block the cliff views. This was the main reason we booked this hotel, the views of the sunset over the town. We were lucky to have the room furthest to the west so our sunset view was unobstructed but our view of the cliff was partially blocked by this the privacy concrete wall. So unless you are in the pool edged or at the top level community pool (most of the pictures are of the shared pool) your view will be partially blocked by these walls. Also the private pool/lounge area is not actually private as the staff and other guests have to walk through to get to the other rooms. I felt that the website was a bit deceiving. I was expecting the unobstructed views from my private pool like they show on the pictures. I would stay here again in an instant, the service was superb but I felt I should let others know so they can book fully informed. Hope you find this helpful, enjoy beautiful oia!

Probably the best hotel in all of Oia zu spot the Sunset. Beautiful rooms, nice Pool, absolutely friendly straff and the best view. Improvements can be service at the Pool and two more sunbeds. The rest was perfect

I booked a room by booking app and it was different for what I stayed , I contacted hotel and booking both said we are not responsible for this mistake , i paid more than 900€ Not for same room . It was very nice and clean but not what i came and booked, breakfast good and the only issue you will face the stairs near to it They offer for me thermal luxury villas , but plz do not book it or accept this over , it has freezing swimming pool , it was in other area not like oia of fira plz do not go there , really i did not enjoy by this trip in Santorini due to this issue . Plz you have to confirm the booking with hotel since you booked or find other one

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff that catered to our every need. If you’re visiting Oia for the sunset, there is no better place to see it. Either from your private hot tub or the beautiful pool, the view is one of the best. Bianca, the manager was exceptional, taking care and accommodating to our every need. The breakfast was wonderful!

One of the best accommodation we have ever had, the hotel is located in Santorini Oia best spot that you can see the famous sunset from your private hot tub. Special thank to Bianca, she is very welcoming amd kind, also huge thanks to Jiannis, Begi and Fadil who made our trip so remarkable.

A gorgeous hotel, I don’t know if I liked the view or the incredible service more! The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff took such great care to deliver it to our table outside our room. We had a room with a hot tub on the balcony with the most incredible view. As we visited in September, this was an amazing way to take in the view after dinner as it got cooler. The hotel pool is also fabulous, whether having a swim after walking up from Ammoudi Bay or watching the sunset from the pool if was a special experience - with a glass of champagne provided to make it even more so! Bianca provided us with amazing restaurant suggestions and was so helpful. I even left something behind when we left Santorini and she helped me get it back so quickly! Thank you Bianca!
