Kelly is the human embodiment of Charis (Greek goddess of grace, kindness, and life) - and clearly puts all her ? into this studio. I am only a tourist here for a few weeks but she has made a big impact on me and given such a beautiful representation of the kindness and generosity of so many Greek people.

It didn't feel too strenuous at the time, but boy did I feel my muscles the next day. It was great. She's really knowledgeable and can cater to different levels. Had so much fun training in the hammock.

The way Kelly explains the exercises and the lessons is really great. The lessons were adapted for us to English and Kelly did her very best to help everyone to the best of their ability even though you don't have as much talent. This is certainly no reason not to come, the possibilities of yourself are taken into account It was an amazing experience and if I am ever back in Kissamos this is one of the things I definitely want to do again

I went with a few colleagues, with no experience at all, and loved it ! The classes combine strength exercises (like a workout) and aerial figures, both using the fabric/the hammock. Kelly, the amazing teacher, will make you sweat, stretch, try out cool looking figures in the air and eventually relax, always within your own capabilities of course. Some figures require a little bit of strength and/or flexibility but Kelly helps you find the correct position or shows alternative figures. I went 5-6times throughout the month and I would continue if I was staying longer. A class costs 10€, no reservation necessary. I highly recommend! English spoken! Thanks Kelly!
